We had our stay at pullman hotel from 21 – 25 dec. We ended up with one extra room booking due to some reasons and we are thankful that the manager handling our case given us an upgrade for the rooms we booked using the extra room booking we had. Location of the hotel was good, a nearby station and multiple convenience store within walking distance. But our stay at the hotel was rather an unpleasant one. Despite the cold weather outside, the room inside the hotel was very warm despite us switching off the warmer and open the windows (one in the room and one in the toilet). At the end of the day we had to request for a fan because the centralized aircon system is being switched to warmer. Hence no other option aside from a fan. 1st day - we encountered a short circuit just moments before we heading to bed which require a technician to come up and assist us. Thankfully the wait was no more than 5 mins. 2nd day - we noticed that the fridge was not working and we informed the counter about it while requesting for a fan. But the person who took my call kept telling me that the fridge is a smart fridge hence it is normal that the drinks inside is not cold. When I asked if I had drinks or food that I need to be kept cold and your smart fridge is not cold then I cannot keep in the fridge? He repeated the same sentence of “the fridge is a smart fridge and the things inside will not be cold”. When the fan was delivered to our room, we got the hsekeeping to check the fridge only to know that the fridge was malfunction that requires repair time of 30 mins which we requested for them to come back tml afternoon to do the repair work. 3rd day - the fridge still not working because there is no light, we called and informed them and was being informed that the fridge has been fixed. When we told them there was no light and we insist that if the fridge is not working we request to change room. Only then they arranged a technician to come up. Only to realized that there is no electricity as the switch board was not turned on due to the short circuit on the first night. 4th day – finally, peaceful night throughout the whole stay the experience was not pleasant and sense zero service recovery from pullman

No issue about the hotel and the food, but the staff is a bit Meh... take ages for me to ask them to call me a taxi, they don't use didi, not give call to taxi, or have someone outside that will look for us. Just an advice I've stay in another hotel in Shanghai that is have lower price and just 4 stars hotel they can do much better by provide the concierge guy with ipad for them to call taxi. As 5 stars hotel they don't really pay attention to guest needs aside of the room and food.

Great Location for who doesn’t really want to stay at the most crown of Tourism area, Metro Subway Entrance just right next door (exit 5) down the hotel lobby. The room set up awesome and good for business travell. This hotel seems never had enough with people checking in (busy all the time) , the check in time was great and quick.

The location is really good! The metro station just right beside the hotel. The room is not really big compared to China’s local but its definitely more modern, and really clean. The services was really good too. The only downside is the monotone breakfast, they serve exactly the same menu everyday. Overall the price was really worth it

First time visiting shanghai and I choose the wrong hotel. Bad experience and such a wrong decision to choose this hotel for my stay. Bad service hotel ever. The day I arrive to the hotel, my family and I was carried luggage and my belongings all by my self. The staffs is not even help me picking up my luggage from taxi. Even I ask for trolley, they didn’t notice (wtf?). So I carried my luggage and my belongings all by myself from lobby to the room. The receptionist is not helpful and not friendly at all. They don’t even greetings or smile to their guests. What even funny is at 2nd day, I ask someone hotel staff for taxi to disneyland and he told me it costs 500rmb and I had to pay cash right there. When the taxi came I see his only gave 300rmb to the driver and he put 200rmb my money at his pocket. Definitely not recommend this hotel. And not recommend if you bring kids, because there’s so many ‘nights girl’ around hotel at nights. Bad hotel staff and bad service . This hotel not even worth 5 star ratting. How do this hotel get 5 stars ratting with f***ed up service like this??? I can’t even gave 1 star ratting. Not gonna coming back to here. Thanks.

I was stay only for one night. I got quite a good rate. The hotel location is perfect, very close to Shanghai Railway Station. I booked for the Deluxe Room but staff upgrade me to executive suite (without club lounge benefit), very nice. The executive suite is very big room with large bathroom with bathtub. Room are clean and well equip. Wifi was available in a good speed. At the working desk all data connecting ports from computer to television were provided, unfortunately the VGA line was malfunction when I tried. The air condition seem to has a problem in my room. It was set at 18 C (temperature outside around 6 - 12 C) but I felt about 27-28 C in my room. Anyhow, I am too tried and too lazy to ask someone to fix and let it like that for the whole night. Breakfast was very good and variety choices.

All staff helps a lot. Concierge was great.

MRT 근처에 있어서 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 주변에는 선택할 수 있는 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 그리고 편의점도 있어요. 방이 매우 깨끗해요. 매일 누군가 와서 청소를 해요. 곰팡이 냄새 없음 욕실은 표준 수준이 좋음 소음 방해 없음 객실에 모든 시설이 완비되어 있음

I got room with no window and I don't like it. but overall the hotel is in good location and near mini market and nice restaurant. It's valuable with the price. Good ambiance too. I came back few days later booked through another hotel, they gave me room with window.

상하이에서 숙박하기 좋은 곳이며, 주변에 음식점이 많고 지하철역과도 가깝습니다.
