Check in was smooth, nice bar, hotel ideal location for us - there was no room In hotel car park but parked in public car park within a couple of mins walk - room was ok, selection of tea/coffee/toiletries etc however we were located on the bottom floor at the front of the original building - this meant we heard the people above us and everyone who got out of taxi’s etc late at night - in fact 1 lady took several attempts to close the taxi door and when she did she did it with such force it made our doors rattle!!! This was 2.44am!! If staying again I would ask for an upper room or one in the blocks out the back.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die High Street ist ganz in der Nähe, sodass man schnell zu Restaurants und Geschäften kommt. Gleiches gilt für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Bahnhöfe, Züge, Busse waren ebenfalls fußläufig erreichnar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich aber leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, die Zimmer sind sehr sehr hellhörig und klein und es gibt keinen Kühlschrank (dafür aber klassisch Wasserkocher und Tee.)

Staff were great, room was comfortable, easy to park and breakfast was good. Will be returning.

Lovely room and amazing to have snacks

Stayed at this Hotel last year and its always been an excellent stay , excellent facilities, and lovely roomwhich was spotlessly clean.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, friendly staff

Stayed over with a few other friends/family. Two of the rooms had a damp/drain smell which was unpleasant. Otherwise room was clean and well equipped. Close to shops etc.

Just a flying visit on the way through. Lovely hotel. Good location, easy check in, nice room, very clean, although pretty noisy - squeaky floorboards and lots of noise from the corridor but tolerable for a one night stay. I was a little bit surprised that a glass of wine and a Diet Coke came to £22 but that will teach me for not checking the menu before ordering!

Great place to stay…

Felt like we were in basement with cleaners there was a window that wouldnt open & looked out onto a brick wall not the best outlook. Also cupboard for hanging clothes couldnt use as it smelt damp & unclean. These problems you dont expect with a 4 star hotel room didnt reflect the money paid.

I had a single room, comfortable and convenient, it was very easy to check in and then check out when I left

Disappointed with room as first night there was a wedding going on way after midnight hard to sleep because of the noises and then second night woke up early in the morning thanks to binmen sounded like they were in my room. Not a relaxing stay over both nights.

We stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor that’s underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. The room we got was wonderful on the 1st floor, I don’t know if they see Expedia and just give you the worst room but it’s not the first time its happened in London. I also needed to upload 50gb and although the staff didn’t know how to help, we figured out ourselves that the internet is is way faster in the conference room close to the router that in our actual room, which saved me. It’s a great place to stay if you’re in town for work or pleasure. Would recommend.
