Only after I booked the hotel, I realized its address shows Home Depot Drive, which turned out to be the first building of the typical Home depot shopping site in the suburbs. However, the late arrival was informed to the check-in desk early and someone was up waiting for us after midnight, which I appreciated. The room is quite well-appointed and the condition is still new although the bed (firm-soft control) feature was not too impressive. A Housekeeper knocked on the door quite early, in our 6th hour of sleep. And, I wish the frontdesk had shared our late arrival to the maids. The coffee machine had a stale water, unchecked by the housekeeping, and when I reported it to the guest service, next morning, they were rather irritated, not followed with the sincere apology right away, until I firmly pointed out that it was their job to make sure things run smoothly. There is NO BLACK OUT curtain and other visitors to "Friendly's" store (above the retaining wall) from across our room can see us in the room when the light was left on. All in all, we were staying there less than 10 hours. Their room rate was typical in Plymouth, and we knew that it was really for a short stopover. Yet, the hotel feature is quite upscale for such a commercial location. not showing much of the budget finish in the hall and the corridors. This is a good alternative choice that fit our style and purpose of the visit. Adequate!

The overall experience was good, but for the money, the breakfast was not good

It would have been a nice room except for the fact there was no climate control for the room. It was musty and too warm. The thermostat appeared to be inoperable and climate control was not available through the smart TV.

For a Hilton, the room was more like a Holiday Inn or not what I would expect for something branded "Hilton" A lot of wear and tear in the room. Reading lights for the bed were broken. Just not what I expected

Although looks to be a relatively new property conveniently located in Plymouth, I cannot give it a strong review based on our stay. While we were there, we were evacuated 5 times over 3 days in the early morning (one day at 4:20 am) due to a faulty fire alarm. While the good news is that there was not a fire or other emergency, the bad news is that we had to walk down 5 flights of stairs after jumping out of bed to the sound of the alarm. Not sure where to place the fault - management, the alarm company - but it meant that our stay was less than pleasant.

Bed was nice, property clean, nice lobby and friendly staff!

This place is a major letdown and absolutely not up to Hyatt standards. The room reeked of old cigarette smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. The shower curtain was musty, the room was shabby, and the bedside outlets didn’t even work. A flashing light every second made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping blasted loud music in the halls for hours and sprayed chemical-scented air freshener directly on the beds — gross. The front desk staff was glued to her phone and barely helpful. Even the toilet paper was bottom-tier — bus station quality. This is a motel charging hotel prices, and it’s a shame Hyatt puts its name on it. I truly don’t understand how this place has good reviews. I’d rate it 1.5 stars at best. Never again.

Not get service the first night and the second night we still had to ask for a coffee and coffee cup refills, but the beds were made up and towels were provided

It was a pleasant experience

Everything was fine except breakfast. $11.95 for cereal,breads, & juice or $14.95 for hot buffet.Dishwasher was broken,paper plates,no bowls.Had to use cup for cereal. The same breakfast is free at Marriott or Holiday Inns!!

I asked people downstairs to put a new bulb in a lamp and make sure water goes down the drain quickly, never happened and no one cared to ask if it was ever done. No service . Also water pressure is low and cold. Crappy hotel
