호텔이 다소 오래된 것이라, 시설이 훌륭하진 않음 다만, 호텔에 녹지가 많아서 자연의 느낌을 얻을 수 있어, 숙박에는 편안함을 느낌 택시가 잘 오지 않은 것은 불편함

숙박도 편하고 좋았습니다. 다만 조식이 포함 되었으면 더 좋았을 듯 합니다.

호텔이 너무 오래되었습니다. 식사는 먹어보지 못해서 좋은 지는 모르겠습니다. 호텔의 위치는 공항을 가기에는 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

푸동공항 및 오종루와 매우 가까움

가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 아침 식사 비용이 좀 비싸다는 인상이 있었지만, 걸어서 10분정도의 거리에 상하이 동물원도 있어서 좋았습니다. 추천해주고 싶네요.

홍차오 공항에서 무척가까워서 공항이용시 편리합니다. 다만, 공항에 근접해 있다보니 그밖의 시설이용시 불편함이 있습니다.

위치 자체는 홍챠오공항 옆이라 편리하지만 주변에 식사할 곳이 없고 시내와 거리가 멀어 불편함. 그러나 택시를 타고 약 5분 거리에 좋은 중국식당이 많이 있음. 상해동물원 전철역도 아주 가까워 시내에 가기엔 좋음. 호텔 객실은 가격 대비 아주 좋음. 추천할만 함.

일단 홍챠오 공항과 택시 5분 거리 정도로 가까운 곳에 있다는 것이 큰 메리트입니다. 다만 잘 안 알려진 곳인지는 몰라도 택시기사가 위치를 잘모르더라구요. 여차저차 도착해보니 공항과 무척 가깝다는 것에 놀라고, 호텔 정원의 아름다운에 놀라고~ 가격대비 이만한 호텔은 없을 듯합니다. 조식 부페도 꽤 괜찮았구요. 가장 가까운 지하철역은 10호선 샹하이동물원역~ 택시로 2~3분 정도 걸릴정도로 접근성좋습니다. 다만 호텔 주변에 편의점없고, 식당은 너무 적다는 것이 단점입니다. 프론트의 친절함은 보통~ 직원들 영어 잘 못합니다. 역시 중국에서는 중국어를 써야한다는 생각이 다시금 드는 순간~ 아무튼 종합 평가 가격대비 90점 입니다. ^^ 추천드려요

空港や地下鉄に近く、行動の拠点に最適でした。 また、ホテル敷地内には緑が多く静かにくつろげました。

別荘感覚のエントランスでした。対応は悪くないと思います。部屋と廊下でのゴムの匂いが強烈でその点はかなりの苦痛を伴いました。ホテルの夜のレストランは味は標準以上でしたが、朝食は今ひとつで困った感じでした。

Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt take much to buy new pool furniture..it was cracked and dirty. The setting at the hotel is lovely and it is a shame the hotel is so run down.

ホテルの建物は新しくはありませんでしたが、清掃が行き届いており好印象です。周辺も高級住宅街に面しており、周辺の環境も良好です。

朝、すごく早かったのですがフロントの方がきちんと精算、タクシー手配と対応してくれました。すごく眠そうだったけど

Unfortunately, I did not stay long enough to enjoy the hotel ammenities like the pool and garden, but the stay was very comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated, but the linens are clean and they spoke English. The big plus is the location right by the railway station and airport.

沒有附早餐,除此之外很滿意

ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの際に事前にﾈｯﾄで部屋代を清算しているのにもかかわらず、もう一度清算を言われました。それを調べるために、空港行き出発が遅れ、途中で交通事故で道路渋滞で飛行機に間に合わなかったです。実はホテルに責任を取って貰いたいです。フライト変更に2万円余分に払いようやく日本に戻れました。災厄のホテルでした。多分2度と止まらないでしょう！

The hotel was nice but outdated. The restaurant in the hotel was way too overpriced so we chose not to eat there. The fish pond and the green area was especially nice and my children loved it. Nothing is really within walking distance especially with children. The guy at the desk in the evening (I forgot to get his name) was very rude when I asked him to call a taxi and he told me "NO TAXI" and would not call so we walked down to the street to get our own. The pool is very nice but the shallow end is 4 ft, it is not heated, and was cold. The children's pool felt like Ice Water so my smaller children were not able to swim at all which was a disappointment because we booked here mainly for the pool.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are old but equipped with every necessary things. There's a balcony outside the room, it's comfortable to stay in the balcony when the weather is warm. The hotel locates about 10mins walk from the zoo, good place to stay if you plan to spend time in the zoo and stay for 1 night.
