Large hotel split into to sides, staff where helpful and reception 24hr. The hotel was a little track from the old town but there are trams to help. No onsite bar or restaurant but lots of options in a short walk.

Café da manhã, muito bom! Próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Limpeza e troca de toalhas, feitas diariamente. Alguns restaurantes por perto.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was limited but enjoyable.

Frukosten var klart bättre än förväntat, finns 2 frukostrum( öppnar nr 2 när det blir för trångt på första). Kuddarna var för stora och inte sköna alls. Sängen hade hårda fjädrar. Stort minus var att det inte fanns uttag till laddare, fick dra ut nattlamporna för att kunna ladda. Hotellet kan ju köpa dubbeluttag! Sen fanns det inga hållare för handdukar, likadant här , lätt fixat om de vill? Såg ofta inte nån i receptionen(24h)när vi kom hem på kvällen. För att ta till centrum o osv gå 6-8 min till hållplats I.P. Pavlova.

Hyggelig betjening, rene pene rom. Hadde rom mot bakgården så det var veldig stille. God frokost.

Az egyik szobában elromlott a wc, majd átszállásoltak egy másik szobában, ahol hajnalban ránk törtek. A másik szobában hagyott pólót elvették.

Friendly, clean and centrally located.

The lobby was a little sketchy looking so I was a bit apprehensive when we first walked in, but the staff were nice and I was completely satisfied with the room and breakfast. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Location was decent, a couple blocks away from a subway station. The area looks a little run down, but I never felt unsafe. In all, I had a great stay here.

Hotel in buona posizione a 15’ di distanza a piedi dal centro. Stanza per 3 persone abbastanza grande molto calda bagno senza bidet. Letti con materasso troppo mórbido.personale molto lento nel fare il check-in. Colazione abbondante anche se migliorabile come qualita’. Per il prezzo e’ válido se non si hanno troppe pretese
