침대도 편하고 시설도 매우 깨끗합니다. 그리고 주차 공간도 많아서 편하게 주차도 가능합니다.

무슨 전쟁터 난민도 아니고 물이 하나도 안나옵니다 2일신청했다가 결국 못 버티고 미리 나갑니다 네버 네버 오지마세요

고속도로에서 접근성이 줗다. 아침식사에서 신서한 야채와 과일이 부족한 편이었으나, 대체로 관찮았다.

시설은좋았으나 위치가 마드리드라기엔 너무 외각이라 안좋음

Fue genial. La sola cosa es que en el habitacion hacía calor y no pude cambiar los degrados. Así dormí con las ventanas abierto. Tambien es un poco lejo afuera de la ciudad, necesitas a usar coche o uber a ir al centro de Madrid

全体的には良かったです。部屋は清潔でしたし広かったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ、4つ星にも関わらず英語に多少の不安を覚えるフロントスタッフがいたのは少し残念でした。朝食の種類も限られているので、多少飽きてしまいました。ホテルへの道の途中にゲートがあります。タクシーの運転手がこのホテルを知らない場合、「有人ゲートでホテルメルカデルに行くと伝えれば通行料は取られない」と伝える必要があります。

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Employees at reception need people and customer service training and skills. A smile goes a long way.. Hotel service 101. Very stringent on check out time .. even 15-30 min over . Very inflexible and not geared towards finding a solution..

No air conditioning available in late spring which was odd compared to other hotels in area(not advertised), hard to get in and out for Ubers, and location very inconvenient to Madrid. No dining options nearby other than restaurant on site(could not have anything here due to allergies), and very limited bathroom amenities compared to other stays in area

I stayed here on 3 separate occasions, once for 2 nights and two otjer times for 1 night each. Every review will say its not the best area.. It's not! But that doesn't take away from the hotel itself. I stayed here for the price. Once in my room I felt perfectly safe. The WIFI was not strong, or so it seemed. Could have been my phones. I really don't know. It was close to everywhere I needed to go. It was about 15 mind from the airport by Über, 10 mins from the other hotel where I met my tpur group and 15 mind from the FLIX bus station Madrid Station Sputh that I needed for the bus to Pprtugal. I will stay there again.. I was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Kind of remote location, Staff not so friendly. Overall happy with our choice.

Fantástica habitación, amplia, cómoda, bien iluminada. Únicamente dormí unas horas pero excelente.

The hotel is cheap but in the middle of nowhere. Guy at reception wasn't very friendly. Dinning room staff were good. Room was clean but the tv was small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the place is far away from the center of Madrid, transportation is limited, other than that, a good place to stay.
