호텔이 넓어서 호텔안에서 모든 일정이 가능함. 합리적인 가격의 호텔식사가 가능하고 수영장 관리도 좋음 프라이빗 비치는 스노쿨링 하기에 좋은. 다만 객실이 아쉬움

Lovely hotel in a great location within walking distance of the village of Deia. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is spread out and is on multiple levels with some steep stairs so you need to be prepared for a bit of a climb if you’re staying in the annexe rather than the main hotel building. We were attending an event outside the hotel so didn’t have lunch or dinner there but the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold foods to choose from. We would love to stay again!

Loved our stay here! The private beach is so incredible, the staff is kind and helpful and the location can’t be beat. Easy to walk into town and enjoy all the restaurants. I love this special place

The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!

Our rooms were clean but the pictures on hotel.com did not match the looks of the room. The room was much older and that was not told to us. And my daughter was getting married in the city that this hotel was in her room was terrible. The bed was very uncomfortable and they wouldn’t change it as a courtesy. They wanted her to pay $500 more per night to be moved to a more comfortable room, she had to sleep on the floor because her back was hurting from their bed

We were very excited to book Es Moli based on positive reviews and lots of social media posts. We booked what we thought was a standard one bedroom at the hotel and were very surprised when we arrived to be transported to a building called the “Annex” that was about a 7 minute walk to reception, and was very dated. We were disappointed because we could tell that there were rooms in the main hotel that were modernized and nicer and that is what we meant to book. When we told the hotel we were disappointed, they said that it was clear when we booked that we chose the annex. I honestly can’t recall if the booking said Annex, but in any event didn’t realize this is what we were booking and would not book again. We tried to upgrade but all rooms were full. We overheard other guests having similar complaints. It’s weird the hotel even has these rooms they really tarnish what is otherwise a good value property. Overall the hotel is nice - the pool is as pictured, lots of seating near it and around the garden which is lovely. We enjoyed the private beach, which was beautiful and close to the property, with a free shuttle. Breakfast was a nice perk and food was good for value. Easy walking to Deia, for dinner reservations in town. Ultimately, only recommend booking if you book a modernized ‘tramuntana’ room in the main building. The ‘traditional’ rooms are not 4 stars.

The room was lovely; clean and fresh , great shower, and v efficient aircon. Lovely balcony to sit out. The mattress was a little hot for me, although very comfortable, I think it may have been memory foam. There were so many highlights - the huge pool, loads of different places to have a lounger and relax. The views are spectacular everywhere you are in the hotel especially the breakfast terrace, this really is a very special place and I hope to come again some time. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been to, everything was perfect! A must visit!

Beautiful position. Easy short walk into Deià. Food delicious with plenty of choice especially at breakfast. If there was one thing I’d change it was that I found the bed too soft but that’s purely personal choice.

Fantastic property, fantastic stay

Lovely stay…only complaint was the reserved sunbeds that would sit empty all day. The front staff gentlemen were so friendly and helpful with beach suggestions and excursions! Rooms are a bit tired but that was expected.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with all staff being really helpful and the location of the hotel being perfect!
