가격대비 위치, 조식, 리셉션 모두 좋습니다 단, 침구류에서 냄새가 나네요 청결도가 다소 떨어지는 것 같지만 오래된 건물 인 것을 감안하시면 될 것 같습니다

중앙역 근처에 있어 이동이 편리했으나, 역 근처라는 특성상 치안이 좋아 보이지 않았습니다. 프런트엔 영어 의사소통이 원활하지 못한 직원들이 있어 다소 불편했으며, 때로는 약간 불친절한 인상을 주기도 했습니다. 이곳에서 본 사진과는 달리, 객실 위생 상태는 그리 좋지 못했고, 침대에는 빈대(bed bug, 태어나서 처음 빈대라는 것을 보았습니다)가 있었습니다. 화장실 변기에는 시트(남성들이 소변볼때 올리는 것)가 없어 프런트에 얘기해보았지만 자기들은 원래 없다는 식의 답변(직원이 영어를 못해 몸짓으로 파악했습니다)만 들어야 했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 큰 문제는 WIFI 였는데, 객실내에서 전혀 작동하질 않아 호텔로비로 가야만 했습니다. 때문에 호텔 로비에는 WIFI를 이용하기 위한 손님들이 몰려있곤 했습니다. 조식은 크림이 들어있는 크로아상과 식빵, 잼, 우유, 시리얼, 과일, 커피, 주스 등이 제공되었는데, 크로아상은 1인당 1개였기에 직원이 매의눈으로 감시하고 있었습니다. 호스텔과 저렴한 호텔의 중간 정도의 가격으로 묵었기에 딱 가격만큼의 값어치를 했던 호텔이라 생각합니다. 가격이 최우선인 분들께는 추천해드릴만하나, 아무리 저렴한 호텔이라지만 호텔로서의 최소한의 퀄리티는 보장되어야 한다고 생각하시는 분들은 다른 호텔을 이용하시는 것이 정신건강에 좋을거라 생각합니다.

숙소 주변이 더럽고 숙소도 그리 청결하지 않음. 개인적인 화장실이 있긴 하지만 창문으로 바깥풍경이 보이지 않음. 직원들도 그리 친절하지 않았지만 조식은 나름 괜찮았다. 전체적으로 가격에 걸맞지 않음,

그 다음 방은 완전 에어컨도 고장나있고 더럽고 벌레기어 다녔음.. 방이 복불복.

El baño estaba en mal estado (adjunto foto, tiene moho), el staff no ayudo frente a ninguna de las quejas y habian grupos de personas corriendo y gritando por los psillos de madrugada

A localização é excelente, atendimento ótimo. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois não se trata de um buffet conforme anunciado, tinhamaos direito somente a um croissant e um tipo de bebida quente, algo que não condizia com o que foi ofertado no anúncio.

The hotel shouldn't be a 3 star. The toilet flush button in our room was missing and we had to pull a lever in the wall. One of the shower doors had a full thickness crack in it, meaning that water leaked on to the floor. There was no toilet seat. The door to the room only stayed closed if it was locked. The receptionist who checked us in was abrupt. The hotel was noisy, with talking and footfall during the night, this was amplified because there were no carpets to soften the noise on the corridors. The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient. The included breakfast, from the cafe next door, was simple and good (a hot drink and a croissant of bioche bun). The cafe staff were pleasant and efficient. We did find that this was a good place to explore the old town of Naples.

The hotel does not represent the pictures. The rooms are pretty dirty/old, everything smells like cigarette.

Hotel razoável, bem próximo à estação de trem, os quartos precisam de mais atenção e talvez uma reforma. No quarto em que fiquei era sofá cama, mas viajei sozinha, então não foi um problema. O banheiro é simples, o chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Optei por ele por conta do valor e seria somente 1 noite. Se precisasse ficar mais noites, não ficaria nele.

Wir kamen gegen 17:00 Uhr am Hotel an. An der Rezeption wurde uns dann gesagt, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei (Check in 14:00 Uhr!). Sofern wir nicht warten möchten, könne man uns nur ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Wir waren sehr müde und willigten daher ein. Duschen war nur kalt möglich und das frühstücken im benachbarten Cafe war begleitet von unfreundlichem Service und unzureichender Auswahl. Auf Anfrage war nur alter Toast da usw.

Et super godt hotel, ikke så stort men har hvad man skal bruge. Super søde alle dem der arbejder her 🙏🙂 Det har været en fornøjelse at være her👍

Struttura dall'ottimo potenziale anche per la posizione strategica ma tenuto molto male: porta scheggiata, doccia mal funzionante, prese di corrente 1 e scomoda, tapparella bloccata a metà, scarsa disponibilità del personale (non è stato possibile fare il check in mezz'ora prima)

quartiere poco sicuro che paga così la comoda prossimità alla stazione centrale. Reception sorvegliata anche in tarda notte. Colazione al bar, con buffet di soli prodotti confezionati (biscotti, pane e marmellata) oltre ad una brioche a scelta dal bar. La stanza dotata di una finestra con affaccio interno, completamente buia. La camera è dotata di un frigo, bollitore e ferro da stiro. Manca una lampadina. Bagno curato ma non finestrato. Pulizia della camera effettuata tutti i giorni, ma dopo la quale è sparita la tenda della finestra che era comunque inutile vista l’assenza di luce naturale nella camera e la presenza della serranda.

Albergo vicinissimo alla stazioe e al centro . Anche la metro a pochi passi .. zona di numerosi ristoranti bar..

Helpful front office team. Location is central. Feels more like a bed and breakfast than hotel, room size small . Continental breakfast was one large croissant.

We stayed one day and one night. I guess I got what I paid. Hotel located in not a beautiful area, however there were tourists around. Front desk not too kind but acceptable.

Walking distance from train station. Great friendly receptionist. Decent breakfast. At times, randomly there was odour in the bath/toilet area but not in the room.
