The housekeeper is not good at all. She did not change the towels for all three nights, even took away one of the small shampoo bottle, she thought I didn't use it. After she "cleaned" the room, she did not lock my door. Front dest staff are good actually.

The property was a bit dated. The bathrooms could have used a really good deep scrub.

Old center of Sofia. Small family style hotel. Do not expect any luxury, just good basic service. Simple, but good buffet type breakfast. Several supermarkets nearby, include Kaufland. Walk able distance to multiple historical places and Vitosha Blvd.

Frendly and efficent staf.

Staff at front desk and cleaner were lovely and helpful. Arrived early and they assisted with luggage and room while we went and explored area. Property is dated, but does have charm and comfort. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional. Only issue is that walls are thin and can hear movement and outside noise but is a minor problem for us. We found limited dining options for the night.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Hotel is clean but very dated. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Stayed 2 nights. Second night didn’t sleep at all because of noisy neighbors. As much as I live the location and the staff I will try to find another hotel for next visit.

Hotel and staff were nice. I did laugh when the boy on reception suggested ironing on my bed instead of finding me an ironing board. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was pretty poor. There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station.

Excellent location quite close to the Old Town. Easy access to historical sites and places. Aging building , reasonable facilities but inexpensive. Recommended.

Very old property, you can hear everything what happens in other rooms, very noisy during midnight hours, AC hardly blows in the room and it's very hot almost impossible to sleep, I have been in 2 star hotels with better accommodation
