모든 것이 전반적으로 괞찬았읍니다.

총 4일을 지내는 동안 햇빛 알레르기 때문에, 그리고 모기 때문에 피부가 가려운 줄 알았습니다. 그런데 떠나는 날 아침 침대 위에 작은 벌레가 기어 다니더라구요~ 객실 바닥에 먼지는 기본이고, 청소를 시키면 보통 새 침구와 새 비누가 나오잖아요, 그런데 침구 정리만 되어 있고, 무른 비누를 4일 동안 썼습니다. 그리고 객실에 거울이 없어서 화장하고, 옷 입기가 불편 했어요~ 그 외 직원들이 아주아주 친절하고,호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 밤에 시끄럽긴 한데, 저는 방이 15층이라 창문 닫으면 방음이 확실히 되더라구요~ 조용히 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 야외수영장에 구조요원이 튜브도 무료로 빌려 주시고 사물함도 따로 있어 좋았습니다. 그런데...호텔식당에 저녁 해산물 바베큐 뷔페는 정말 실망 입니다. 한국이 생선구이나 회는 정말 잘 나오는 겁니다. 해남에서 해산물은 찾지 마세요~한국이 더 싱싱하고 좋습니다. 대신 열대과일 많이 드세요~

Well, I stayed for 3 nights and it was not pleasant at all. Wedding was held everyday on the 3rd floor and people smoked a lot even inside the elevators. Room was dark in general even with all the lights turned on and breakfast was not up to my expectations. Location was alright but busy most of the times as getting a taxi was not easy at all. The worst part was additional government tax per person per night which was not mentioned in the website. It seemed like a resort fee and its absurd to pay 11RMB/person/night and 132 RMB for 4 of us. I really encourage to lower the rate instead of collecting extra tax. Honestly, I won't stay this hotel again.

Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well.

Be prepared for a very stiff bed surface, I lived in China for awhile, so I thought I had adjusted, but this bed was uncomfortable.

Unbeatable ocean view, convenience location. Breakfast can be better

日本語とは言いませんが、せめて英語の理解できるスタッフが 最低1人は常駐して頂けると助かります。 スマホでの機械翻訳会話は可能ですが、時間がかかりすぎます。

ホテル前の道路を渡ればすぐ海岸ですが 夜は車のクラクションが気になります。 朝食のバイキングは種類も多く 美味しかった。部屋も清潔。 リピートありです。

Excellent service and location

It was a terrible experience .We are a big family coming to Sanja to celebrate Christmas and this hotel we have booked 5 rooms .I came to the hotel first and find out the hotel did not have the same things that they have promise on their site. It was an old hotel , the room was dirty , we try to change the room twice but still it is dirty and noisy. We stayed 1 night and then we moved out. The staff was not helpful and they didn't`t care. The breakfast was a joke. Breakfast until 1000a.m. and lights off the restaurant 5 minutes to 10 a.m.Coffee is some brown water cold of course and when I asked the staff who do not speak a word English (nobody do)he just do not care. The coffee shop and restaurant they said they provide food is a lie. Everything do not exist even though is on the menu. We arrived at the hotel around 2.p.m. and wants to eat but everything in the hotel is closed and we have to find something to eat outside the hotel? I change hotel the next day even though I could not contact hotel.com I was glad I could cancel my brother`s room and book for us somewhere nice.

立地条件や利便さ、サービスおよび快適性などはとてもよかったです。朝食はよかったですが、インスタントコーヒーはあまり美味しくなかった。
