Nice golf course very quiet.

Older rooms need some updating.

Im dissapointed I spent over $300 for a King Suite. The rooms are run down. Our fridge was broken and the ice from the freezer was melting everywhere and i asked for a new room. I needed the fridge for my kids milk and food. That was denied and nothing could be done and no one cared.Toilet paper holder was broke and on floor and the pull out couch bed was odd and no blankets or linen were provided. Im not picky, but for over $300 i expect way more and for someone to actually care. Ridiculous. Wont be back ever. The shuttle also didnt pick up my kids at the sports center after an hour and 15 min and they made 3 phone calls. They had to walk 25 minutes back on road. Staff just doesnt seem to care. The pools including indoor were all freezing.

Needs some TLC

Beautiful scenery …especially in the morning…old school key cards didn’t work, and the facilities are a bit tired….

This property is huge and many pool options. Pretty clean facility. Wish all the rooms had a microwave. Overall great property to relax by the pool with the kids.

Enjoyed the stay overall, however I wished that they had kept their pool and hot tub open a bit later since 8:45pm seemed pretty early considering it wasn’t even dark by then.

Nice rooms comfy beds but bathroom showers need a deeper cleaning! The grout in shower was filthy!

Not anything front desk need to find a new job.

Older property and fairly well maintained. In a drier more desert like part of central Oregon. Good location if you want to explore Redmond, Sisters, and Bend.

The staff were great but lots of problems with room keys deactivating, we noticed other guests having similar problems. I’m sure it’s frustrating for the staff but they were always kind and professional! The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again, great value for the price!

Clean and comfortable

For a resort the lodge was in less than favorable condition. We loved the pools and trails! The room itself was very average.

Great pools!

The facility is nice and location is great. This particular room could be improved. The hallway in which the room stayed was near a banquet room or the staff break room, which had a very strong smell of food throughout. Inside the room also had a smell of mildew or potentially urine. It could use a cleaning and updating. The showers weren't the nicest either. Fortunately it was only for one night.

The Lodge Resort Gold Course was fantastic! Also, the spa and massage was wonderful! The property is VERY spread out. We didn't have a car during our stay and a walk from the lodge to the spa is about 15 minutes and up hill. They offer a shuttle but it isn't always available. The breakfast cafe in the lodge is short staffed and the service is extremely slow. There are two lovely restaurants (not affiliated with the lodge) that are a couple minute walk. We ate at these other restaurants our entire stay and we HIGHLY recommend them, Silverleaf Cafe & Niblick & Greenes.

The property is nice, everyone was friendly, the room was a little dated, but no real issues or problems.

Family orientated facility Well kept

Looked really nice when booking but it’s really old. Bed sheets had hair many it was gross!!! switched room bed still had some hairs not as bad. I would never stay or recommend due to cleanliness.
