모든 객실이 낡고 먼지 냄새가 나지만 직원들은 정말 친절합니다. 호텔은 리모델링이 필요합니다. 7박 요금을 내고 2박만 묵었습니다(환불은 요청하지 않습니다). 다 좋았습니다. 그 후 두짓타니 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 돈은 중요하지 않습니다. 편안한 객실만 있으면 됩니다.

It was awesome and we had a great stay. Staff are all friendly. Clean room and comfortable. Location wise is good too. Nearby to Greenbelt area, shopping area.

The room is not we have booked. Our car has scratches, park in front of the hotel.

This should be one of the most horrible stays ever in a hotel. The staff didn’t allow our guests who’s only to eat at the room due to a birthday celebration. As a result, we’re forced to leave the hotel and check out at the wee hours of the night. And to make matters worst, we have kids who are sick and crying as guests.

I love the place and it's homey!

Overall, our stay was great! There was only a confusion upon check-in that only 3 buffet breakfast were included in my paid booking. I eventually showed my printed copy of my voucher which indicates 4 pax with buffet breakfast. I did not rate the food as excellent because the buffet was very limited like you are only allowed to select 1 viand.

The location of the hotel is the greatest plus point.

It's always great and satisfying when we stay at Somerset Millennium Makati

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean but seems relatively old, not very cozy. For a 4 starred hotel, below average breakfast menu.

A bit dingy and old. need to update the room and some amenities.

Somerset is an apartment that has hotel service in it. The hotel is not modern but appropriate to stay. I guess hotels in Makati is similar with Somerset. The room has TV cable, hot water, double bed, wifi and kitchen.

They have a good security system that make me very secure
