호텔이 넓어서 좋았습니다만 수영장은 공사중이었으며, 냉장고랑 전자렌지가 있는방이 있고 없는방도 있었습니다.

전화 고장, 비누/샴푸 등 아무것도 준비 안 됨, 새벽 6시 화재알람으로 온 가족 다 놀라서 깸, 오전 9시 방 청소하는 사람 노크도 없이 방에 들어오려 함. 최근 지낸 호텔들 중 최악. Phone malfunction, no preparation of soap/shampoo/etc., fire alarm at 6 am waking all my family up for surprise, maid trying to enter at 9 am with no knocks on the door... The worst ever among all the hotels I recently visited.

This used to be one of my "go to" spots in Saltillo. My recent stay may change that. Right now they are undergoing some much needed renovation. A good thing. BUT check in was extremely slow, the area around the hotel contains a lot of construction debris and materials, the room lights did not work, the "free" beer was terrible, dinner service was slow, breakfast was totally cold. Even the fresh pan of eggs was cold when placed on the service area. Overall, maybe this should be a place ready in 6 more months.

My wife and kids had a great time. I was able to pay for the hotel through the app and there were no issues with them checking in and have a safe and secure holiday.

Nice hotel. I was very nice to have secure parking with a security guard at night. I was able to leave things in my car overnight.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant were amazing: very helpful and professional. The room was very clean, with comfy bed linens and a robust AC system. The hotel is on a busy road, but we were toward the back of the propery and it was very quiet. There were no security concerns, and we were parked very close to our room. Overall, I felt this was a great value for the price.

Arrived around 4:30 and was able to promptly check in. Went down had dinner at the restaurant. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Good option to stay when passing through Saltillo

Wie definiert man Sauberkeit. Alle Mittarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings gibt's in den Zimmern Teppiche. Tiere sind erlaubt und deswegen stinkt es auch wahrscheinlich. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen aber auch nicht schließen. Bei jedem Fahrzeug was an dem Hotel vorbei fährt hört es sich an als wenn das Auto durch das Zimmer fährt. Wenn ich pro Tag über 100 Euro bezahle erwarte ich ein Fenster was dicht ist mit dreifach Verglasung und kein einfach schiebe Fenster ohne Dichtung. Preis Leistung absolut unpassend. Nicht mehr als 50 Euro Wert.

Estás muy lejos del centro, mala atención por personal muy limitado y con poca capacitación, los pasillos del segundo piso no tienen refrigeración. Llegas a la recepción y nadie te saluda, el desayuno malísimo. Carísimo por el servicio que dan.

Hotel en mantenimiento. Deberían indicarlo cuando ofrecen el hospedaje. No tenían sistena de reserva, lo verificaron manualmente y el costo no fue el de Expedia
