안도라 버스 터미널에서부터는 도보로 약 15-20분쯤 걸렸던 것 같음. 버스 이용해도 되지만 걷는 거 좋아하는 분들에게는 무리가 되지 않을 위치임 바로 앞으로 쇼핑몰이 쭉 있어서 번화가에 위치해 있다고 생각됨 가격대비 숙소가 청결하고 좋았음

The rooms were big and clean. Beds nice and comfortable to sleep in. Air conditioning was working fine which was a blessing in the heat. Staff was helpful, but the language barrier was a fact in some situations. It was hard to properly discuss and get answers when needed. Breakfast was good, but nothing very special. For me as a celiac (needing gluten free) the breakfast did offer a section of some GF products, but the staff was quite confused when asked about the other items on the breakfast. One morning they just had a big block of butter (as opposed to small packets the other days) and due to mentioned language barrier I was unable to convey my request of having separate butter from the kitchen and was left to eat my sandwiched without. The pool at the hotel was a nice thing, but it is very shallow (1,07 meters) and opened first at 11 in the morning and then closed between 13-15, leaving the options for bathing a bit hampered. Even though the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center it was very convenient to get to and from by several buses leaving just a five minute walk from the hotel.

The location was perfect, the room was clean, quiet, comfy, and we really enjoyed the little spa too! Staff was helpful, and we had a great time in Andorra!

Todas las amenities tienen un costo extra, empezando por el uso de la piscina. El parking siempre estaba 100% ocupado. No había servicio a la habitación, ni de un vaso con hielo, a pesar de ser semana santa y todavía estar en temporada alta en Andorra.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the happening district. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the famous Caldea Spa. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food, and convenient on-premises parking. Loved this place!

Hotel bem centralizado perto da rua principal Carlemany, bem perto do Caldea Spa! Café da manhã bom, roupas de cama e banho excelente! O que precisa melhorar muito é a equipe da recepção, quem nos atendeu uma rapaz de barba muito frio, indiferente, zero informações, nem se quer nos mostrou o elevador, finalizou o atendimento e deu as costas, minha filha que perguntou onde era o elevador para ir para o apartamento! No segundo dia qd fui tomar café da manhã, eu estava colocando café na xícara em uma máquina qd de repente veio uma funcionária loira, com maior grosseira, baixou o suporte onde sai o café, sem se quer pedir licença! Bem grossa essa senhora
