안도라 버스 터미널에서부터는 도보로 약 15-20분쯤 걸렸던 것 같음. 버스 이용해도 되지만 걷는 거 좋아하는 분들에게는 무리가 되지 않을 위치임 바로 앞으로 쇼핑몰이 쭉 있어서 번화가에 위치해 있다고 생각됨 가격대비 숙소가 청결하고 좋았음

Accueil parfait des réceptionnistes souriants et à l’écoute. Personnel très sympathique ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Seuls bémols : la chaleur dans la chambre nous avons été obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la pièce durant la nuit. Les chambres côté cours intérieure manquent de luminosité. Le parking de l’hôtel est très cher : 24€ pour la nuit Un parking à 200m m’a coûté 11€ de 21h à 11h

Muy buena ubicación

No suelo opinar por estos medios, pero en esta ocasión me decido por mi mala experiencia. He salido del hotel lavándome como los gatos porque no hay agua caliente. Puedo entender que es un problema puntual o avería, pero llamo a recepción a las 8 de la mañana y me indican que están cargando el agua de caldera que se ha gastado. En 5 o 10 minutos me puedo duchar. Bueno me molesta pero espero. Salgo a las 10 de la mañana del hotel sin poder ducharme y asearme. La explicación ya es que han tenido un problema y piden disculpas, pero no fueron capaces de llamar a la habitación para indicarlo. Como ya estoy un poco enfadado por este tema, también comentaré las carreras y voces de los niños por los pasillos, que no me molesta habitualmente y entiendo que es la semana blanca y son niños. Pero en esta ocasión me molesta por el conjunto de situaciones.

Horrible, Shower was not working properly and the shower head was broken, called ahead to make sure we could get to the ski station quickly, they lied about that closest one was 49 min away. They didn’t even add the ski and gear rental like requested, they also said they offered this when it was a lie. They also lied about parking availability and called ahead to confirm this. The electric plugs in the room didn’t even work so I could charge any of my devices. What a joke of a hotel and service. Horrible experience.

Lástima que el bar lobby no ofrezca un servicio como el del año pasado. Se ha recortado su horario, solo a cenas informales, bar y cierran 2 dias a la semana...

Estancia muy agradable y tranquila.

Habitación comoda y muy valorable que en el armario hay varias almohadas, muy buena limpieza y un tamaño adecuado para un par o tres de días.

Staff were helpful and warming. The room was good but the hotel is on a busy road so a little noisy at times in the room. Overall good and if going back would stay there again
