호텔에 도착해서 체크인을 하는데 룸 업그레이드를 해주겠다고 옆 호텔로 안내했다. 그런데 옆 호텔이 업그레이드한 것 치고 그다지 나아보이지 않았고, 원했던 분위기가 아니어서 그냥 원래 예약한 호텔에 머물고 싶다고 했더니 그제서야 오버부킹 되었음을 알렸다. 직원은 우리가 선택한 방보다 더 좋은 조건이라면서, 원래 예약한 방을 보여줬는데 그 방도 예약 당시 확인했던 사진과도 매우 달랐다. 일부러 돈을 더 지불하고 sea view를 선택했는데 직원이 보여준 방은 바다도 보이지 않고 거의 다락방 수준이었다. 성수기라 다른 호텔로 이동하기도 어려워서 옆 호텔에 묵기는 했지만 직원의 태도가 상당히 불쾌했다. When I arrived to check-in, I was directed to a room next to the hotel for reception offered me an room upgrade. But it did not seem better and the atmosphere is not wanted to. So I asked to stay originally scheduled hotel. Then, the staff announced that over-booking and showed me a room the original booking. It was very different from the picture I had been selected. I willingly payed more for the sea view but the room was like a little attic room. The attitude of the staff is extremely uncomfortable.

Hotel's location is really nice. (5 minutes, on foot, from the bus station) And room and view are really beautiful. The best thing is Kindness of staff. Especially white blond hair woman staff was really kind!! Thank you Thank you very much~ All the thing about [Andromeda villas] was great. Have a nice day^^*

We were there for my daughters Wedding/Blessing, the staff there were excellent, nothing was to much trouble and they were always ready to act, if something was required or needed their support. The food throughout our stay was superb, surpassing themselves with the wedding breakfast (dinner) which was was superb and of course the setting could not be matched, thank you George and your team for everything, we will be back.

Location was perfect, central between Fira and Oia. Close to start the hike to Oia. Stunning views and sunsets from every angle. Elevators were a huge plus since not many places have them.

Hermoso y agradable hotel, ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y cercano de Fira, ideal para disfrutar Santorini de una manera tranquila y bien atendido por el personal.

Minha experiência no Andromeda foi simplesmente perfeita! A limpeza é impecável, tudo muito organizado e bem cuidado. A equipe é maravilhosa e o café da manhã é perfeito, com opções deliciosas e muito bem servidas. A localização é excelente: além de ser bem localizado, ao lado do hotel há vários restaurantes incríveis, com culinária impecável — dá para fazer tudo com muita praticidade. O hotel é muito novo e o meu quarto foi um sonho: vista para a caldeira + jacuzzi. Foi, sem dúvida, a melhor experiência da minha vida, marcou a minha lua de mel e foi especial demais para nós. Com certeza, quando eu voltar a Santorini, vou me hospedar aqui novamente, sem pensar duas vezes. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Great location with amazing view. We booked a Superior Double room based on the photos. There was nothing superior about it. It didn’t look anything like the photos & it was located next to the main stairs where people could see straight in, it was dark & had the sound of running water most of the time. The staff were unhelpful & ignored you when they walked past. The breakfast was disappointing so we didn’t have it again after the first time. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away.

One of the most beautiful locations in Santorini if you are looking for caldera view and sunsets. The hotel has lots of stairs to claim.

Ho soggiornato per 7 notti all’Andromeda Villas & Spa Resort di Imerovigli e la prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la vista spettacolare sulla Caldera: davvero impagabile, specialmente al tramonto, con colori che sembrano dipinti. Anche la posizione è perfetta: tranquilla, lontana dal caos di Fira e Oia, ma comunque vicina se si vuole raggiungere i centri più animati. È un luogo ideale per chi cerca pace e relax, con un’atmosfera romantica che si presta benissimo a un viaggio di coppia. Durante il soggiorno, la camera si è rivelata pulita e confortevole, curata quanto basta per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il personale gentile e disponibile ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Gli spazi comuni però mi hanno convinto un po’ meno: piscina e aree condivise non sono all’altezza della vista mozzafiato che offrono, e in certi momenti possono risultare un po’ affollati o meno curati rispetto al resto della struttura. Nel complesso, le 7 notti passate qui sono state davvero piacevoli: la tranquillità, la posizione e la vista indimenticabile ripagano ampiamente qualche dettaglio migliorabile.

Great location, accomodation & spectacular views and sunsets. No dedicated parking, but it is Santorini! We found parking with relative ease tho. A map of the complex would be great with clear directions to reception, which is at nearly the lowest level. (Especially if you’re arriving at night) Would def be back..everything we wanted! Loved it?!

Superbe vue sur la caldera. Le service de petit dejeuner dans la suite était exellent. Nous l’avons réservé tous les jours. Le design était top et la Literie vraiment confortable ! (Lit 200x200 dans notre suite) le jacuzzi face au coucher de soleil permettais des moments de détente après nos longues journée de marche. Attendez vous à beaucoup d’escalier ! Le massage Honeymoon proposé par l’hotel était parfait !! Encore merci pour tout !
