전체 평가 및 리뷰 Boutique Hotel Galatea

위치가 좋아요 콜로세오, 스페인광장 등등 다 걸어다녔어요. 역에서도 10-15분 정도 걸렸구요. 방도 생각보다 너무 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요. 테라스같은게 있었는데 귀여웠어요. 조식도 나름 세팅을 해놓았는데 식기류가 약간 깨끗하지 못한게 아쉽네요. 석회수때문에 어쩔수 없는거 같아요. 바디워시가 없어서 불편했어요

괜찮지만 방음이 잘 안되구요 주택 안에 한층에 있는거라 처음에 주민분이 나오고 계셔서 벨 안누르고 그냥 들어가서 어딘지도 모른체 조금 해맸어요 3층 전층을 사용하긴 하는데 조식도 제일 소박 했던거 같아요 방음이 너무 안되서 새벽 2-3시에도 방두들기고 떠드는 소리가 방안까지 너무 들렸습니다

This hotel was hard to find at first, especially because it’s on the 3rd floor of a building on a quiet street. Thankfully our taxi driver was able to find it and drive us right up to the front gate, and we were able to figure out to take the (small) elevator to the 3rd floor. There are gates that lock after on the outside of the building in the evening, which is nice and reassuring for safety. The hotel room was lovely, simple, comfortable and well appointed. The room had a small mini fridge with items available for purchase. There was enough room in there for us to put our water bottles. The bathroom was a nice size with everything in good working order. The shower was small but had great water pressure and no worries about not enough hot water. The only thing to note is that the AC didn’t get as cool as we hoped that it would. Although it allows you to toggle it down to 16 degrees Celsius, it only ever got down to 26 degrees, which was pretty warm but compared to the hot July weather outside, it was ok. We asked the front desk and were told that the AC was working, so we just figured that we must be used to colder temps and dealt with it. Thankfully we happened to have a small USB travel fan, which helped. Still a nice hotel and would recommend it, especially because it had a great location with most sites so easily walkable and because the staff there was so helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, easy to walk to all the major sites and the hotel was very clean and cute. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they gave great recommendations and helped us out with the unexpected travel issues that always seem to come up. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

Quaint but modern. Friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast.

Such a lovely quirky hotel and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in a nice area. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are comfy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, hidden hotel. Comfy bed and clean and modern rooms. Good central location for walking to all the nearby attractions.

The hotel is in quiet area in walkable distance to many beautiful sites and easy to find. Rooms are wonderful and very clean while the staff at the desk as well as the ladies looking after the rooms are extremely friendly and very professional. We would chose the Galatea again in a heart beat! Thank you very much for being a huge part of a fantastic experience in Rome.

Loved our stay and would stay again. Room was clean and spacious. Only dislike was having a staff member try to sell us tours when we arrived.

Great location in the heart of Rome. You can walk to many of the historical wonders. Staff was great. My only comment is it can be hard to find.

The hotel was really nice and it came with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. It is located in a really nice area, close to everything.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel staff was great and very helpful, the breakfast was superb and rooms were very clean. They also offer tours that were great experiences. 10/10 would come back again and recommend to all my friends. It was a great location to the train, metro and major attractions

The hotel and rooms are great, newly designed, the only problem is you have to access a shared building to get to the hotel in the 3rd floor, the courtyard seems to be used for trash for the building and you may encounter neighbors smoking when going in, besides that this hotel is a great stay and would definitively come back, the are where is located is great and its close to public transportantion and very close to Termini station where you have to go when arriving from Fumicino.

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. Nos asignaron la habitación para 4 personas, somos 2 adultos y 2 niñas. La habitación es espaciosa, las camas son cómodas, así como las almohadas, parecía que estábamos durmiendo en casa. El baño es espacioso, temperatura y presión de agua correctas. A la llegada nos obsequiaron con unos dulces y una botella de cava. El personal del hotel ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento, nos han aconsejado muy bien sobre las cosas que ver y dónde comer. Es un hotel muy aconsejable, la ubicación es buena para poder desplazarte andando a todos los lugares importantes que ver. Aunque la primera impresión al entrar por una comunidad de vecinos puede resultar engañosa, en cuanto traspasas la puerta del hotel, te das cuenta que la elección ha sido la correcta. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel por hacer que el viaje sea satisfactorio.

I want to mention: The people working at the Hotel are exceptionally kind, helpful and always have a smile on their face. Room was clean and okay, you might have some small sound coming from outside or the breakfast tables, but it is manageable. Breakfast has a little bit for every one - sweets, bread, some cheese, some meet, eggs, fruits with some of them rotating every day. Also location was excellent, we were able to walk to every main attraction witht he Vatican being the furthest away approx. 1H of walking. Overall I can recommend this hotel
