During hotel booking, I have requested for a twin bed. However, only upon arrival, I was told that the hotel did not have any twin bed.:(The hotel room has a sofa which can be used as a twin bed & that space can be used to put anothet standard bed which can provide a better support for a good sleep (as the sofa bed was so so only). Besides that, the hotel only provides 1 water per day based on per room & not the standard 2 drinks daily like most hotel. WiFi works better in certain area of the Hotel room. The water basin is terrible as the wash up stuff struck in the basin. Last but not least, the ventilation in the toilet which was separated from the bathroom can be better improved.
