Établissement correct dans l’ensemble. Cependant, notre check-in a eu lieu avec 40 minutes de retard, la chambre n’étant pas prête pour 15h40 (le check in est noté pour 15h30 sur hotels.com). À notre arrivée, nous n’avons bénéficié ni d’une visite du domaine ni d’une véritable présentation des lieux : seules quelques indications nous ont été données sur le pas de la porte. La chambre (Le Pigeonnier) n’a pas non plus été présentée, notamment concernant les équipements. D’ailleurs, l’installation sonore et audiovisuelle ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Les personnes arachnophobes devraient également être vigilantes, car de nombreuses toiles d’araignées sont présentes dans les recoins de la chambre. En revanche, les piscines sont agréables et l’établissement met gratuitement des vélos à disposition, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les villages environnants.

Nous avons réservé une nuit uniquement pour profiter du SPA le lendemain. Or, j’ai eu Patricia au téléphone qui m’a informée que le SPA était fermé, alors que c’est pourtant indiqué “ouvert tous les jours”. Nous avons ensuite reçu un message par e-mail nous confirmant cela, ouvert tout les jours. La photo étais présente tout journée et je pas vue une seule personé rentrer! Nous sommes vraiment déçus, car notre séjour avait été organisé spécialement pour cela. Cela dit, l’établissement est très beau, et la chambre Prestige est magnifique.

Week-end parfait, chambre très agréable, bon petit-déjeuner, accueil parfait que ce soit à notre arrivée, au niveau de la restauration et côté spa. Et les chiens sont également très bien accueilli.

Property is quite beautiful in a shabby chic kind of way, although the ground is relatively small. Food is decent, but nothing too memorable. We didn’t realise it has a Michelin star, so decided to pay the premium as we didn’t want to go out after a long drive from Calais. Restaurant service was not great to be honest, we had to keep asking for our wine glass to be replenished, even though they didn’t seem to be short of staff.

This is a chateau from the textbook. Starred restaurant, super cosy and tons ambiance. It's rated 4 star, but feels closer to 5. When the ( very fair) prices are factored in, you feel that this experience was very much of a worthwhile time spent in the Bourgogne.

What a stunning hotel. It's like being in a film set. An authentic Chateau with bundles of charm. The people on site are exceptional nothing is a problem. You're welcomed by the most friendly of receptionists. Dining exquisite. If you have a dog they treat them like family. Highly recommended. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We'll be back.

Absolutely stunning location, amazing food and exceptional staff. We would definitely return again

Great spot and nice old house. The dinner was the highlight. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating even though we were late after a long drive. I found the room disappointing for the cost. Both the bathroom and toilet were awkward and needed maintenance. I understand they needed to get creative with the toilet placement but I felt embarrassed to use it when my husband was in the room. The pillows were uncomfortable for me.

Stunning and beautiful property and location. Fabulous facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault anything.

L’hôtel est très joli, les chambres jolies, très belle piscine mais évitez absolument le restaurant. La carte est très limitée et le service incroyablement mauvais: on apporte les bouteilles de vins déjà ouvertes! Nous avons préféré partir.

Accueil très agréable, serviable et proactif. Très bonne table pour le dîner! Très bonne étape !
