스노쿨링할 때 바다 거북이도 보고, 상어도 봤어요!! 너무 재미있었고, 직원들도 매우 친절했어요~~

Very nice hotel in Maldives. But the restaurant is so so..

레지던스를 이용했는데 풍경이 너무 좋으며 햇빛이 강해서 금방 타지만 그만큼 사진찍기에 좋은 경치와 날씨였다. 버기를 타고 이동해야 하는경우가 많아서 자주 콜해야 했지만 대기할 수 있는 시설도 잘 되어있고 좋은 경치보며 기다릴 수 있어 좋았다. 에어콘도 잘 되어있어 쾌적했으며 호텔방 내에는 모기나 벌레한마리도 없이 관리가 잘 되어있었다. 직원들은 영어로 웬만한 의사소통이 다 가능하며 친절해서 편안한 휴양을 보낼 수 있었다. 레스토랑음식이나 바 음료 등도 괜찮은 편이며 가격도 휴가지 치고 비싸지 않아 좋았다.

숙박시설은 아주 좋았습니다. 욕실은 약간 수준이 낮았으나 다른 시설들이 충분히 좋았고, 식사도 만족도가 높았습니다. 씨푸드뷔페는 가격대비 비추였습니다. 전반적으로 만족할만한 시설과 식사였습니다. 숙소 앞 스노클 포인트도 충분히 즐길만했고 제트스키와 스노클결합상품도 아주 만족했습니다. 굳이 단점이라면 가격이 약간 높은 편입니다.

워터빌라를 예약했는데 업그레이드 되어 워터 이스케이프 빌라에 3박 묶었습니다. 시설은 몰디브 어느 호텔에 비해 떨어지지 않았지만 실내 자쿠지는 청결하지 못했고 샤워실에는 약간의 냄새가 났습니다. 아침저녁 두번 객실 청소가 있었지만 시트와 타월 휴지통만 비춰주는 수준이었습니다.

予約した部屋と実際に案内された部屋が異なり、その後の説明にも一貫性がなく、何度も是正を求めましたが、4泊中2泊を別の部屋で過ごすことになりました。 その結果、滞在を楽しむことが難しくなりました。 また、どちらの部屋でも温かいお湯が安定して出なかったため、お風呂であたたまることができませんでした。 さらに、部屋に関するやり取りの中で、問題の解決ではなく、言葉の解釈に焦点が当てられたため、意思疎通が非常に難しいと感じました（詳細は添付のスクリーンショットをご参照ください）。 私たち夫婦（50代以上）は、これまで60回以上海外旅行をしてきましたが、このような経験は一度もありませんでした。 一方で、特に印象に残っているスタッフの方々がいました。 初日、予約と異なる部屋に案内されて落胆し、疲れ切って夕食も諦め、ただ海を見ていたときに、優しい気遣いでドリンクを持ってきてくださったスタッフの方。 滞在中、毎日笑顔でカートを運転してくださったスタッフの方。 毎朝、笑顔で声をかけてくださった卵料理のシェフ。 彼らの誠実で温かな対応があったからこそ、何とか滞在を終えることができました。 旅行は楽しい思い出を作るために行くのではないでしょうか。 慎重に検討されることをおすすめいたします。

This resort is incredible. The water is crystal clear, the marine life is everywhere, and the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay better. Lots of activities available and enough places to just "be" that it never, ever feels crowded.

Amazing place. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly (except at the Stars restaurant). The island is small but its very well maintained and everything smells like tropical flowers. Everything very clean and five stars room service. Food was good but could be a little bit better and had more variety. We will be back!

From the first moments of welcome all the way to our last boat ride back - everything was truly spectacular. This was our third time in the Maldives and definitely the best. The quality of service is quite unparalleled- every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful and competent. We felt right at home. The hotel was a perfect combination of family friendly without it feeling too much of a family resort. Our beach villa was spectacular - spacious, great facilities, and with thoughtful housekeeping service. We were also very happy with the morning and evening buffet and overall the quality of food and drink was excellent. The hotel’s water policy was also very guest friendly and it was so relaxing not having to worry about having to constantly purchase water bottles. We also greatly appreciate that we were able to both check-in early and check-out late - that is the type of service and guest friendliness that really makes Coco Bodu Hithi stand out for us. Lastly, a big thank you also to the kids club staff and facilities. I would definitely recommend advertising the kids club more prominently on the website or on other booking platforms as that can be a motivating factor for other families. All in all we had truly a wonderful stay. We would be happy to come back to Coco Bodu Hithi again soon.

Very nice villas, great staff and nature sorroundings.

The property was a great size to explore with excellent staff and amenities. The food was amazing and overall facilities, design, and state was brilliant. We would go back in a heart beat. The one item that left us really disappointed was the fixed transfer, I couldn’t see way it wasn’t included considering we weren’t allowed any other option. The other item was the pool in our water villa, we didn’t use due the grease and oil on the tiles staining out body and swimwear when touched. We asked to have it cleaned twice but nothing was done
