Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!

Suite presidenziale eccellente, elegante, molto comoda. Personale molto gentile, comodo il servizio parcheggio, ricca colazione.

Everything was great except there is a charge of 20Euros to use the indoor pool. The description of the hotel says it has an indoor pool but I could not find any mention of a charge to use it when I booked the hotel on Hotels.com. I only learned about it when we checked in, they said it was part of the spa. In my opinion, that should be clearly stated in the description. I use a pool to exercise and had I known when I booked, I could have looked for another option.

Ik had een kamer aan de binnenzijde van hotel, deze is heel donker. Voor de rest super staff, ontbijt etc.
