Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Immaculate comfortable room. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. I hope to return soon. We loved the art at the palaces in the old city.

We stayed at the Melia several times on business. This time was vacation and the we had contacted the hotel for restaurant recommendation before our stay. Received a very prompt and friendly reply. We went to one of the recommended restaurants and it was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and also gave us a great restaurant recommendation.
