The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful.
The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on their own schedule and go to bed at the right time, while my husband and I were able to enjoy some quality time together. The pool was the biggest hit with our children — it was warm, which made it even better, and they absolutely loved it. Breakfast offered great options for all of us, including healthy choices, which we really appreciated.
