It was a lovely experience. Location was perfect. Room condition was also satisfactory. Breakfast was also nice but more green salad will make it perfect.

Lovely hotel, very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and we also ate in the La Cabrera restaurant it was excellent. We could use the pool at The Sheraton nextdoor and the Casino was nice for a couple hours. All staff were very helpful and friendly I would recommend Huentala and their wines are good too!

The great thing about this hotel is that is next to the “sisters” hotels that are great a you can use their amenities. The lobby of the Huentala is very nice like a classic hotel from years ago. I had problem with the room I got because the view was a wall to the next building, When we returned the next 3 days, we were given “an upgrade” to the Hualta hotel and the room was great. People were friendlier than at the Huentala. The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled North. The breakfast buffet was great.

Hotellet är ett av tre hopbyggda hotell som man kan gå inomhus emellan. Personalen oerhörd vänlig och allmänna utrymmen stiliga. Men standardrummet var slitet och ofräscht med fläckiga gardiner och matta. Rummet var mycket litet. Sedan möts man av olika besked om vad som gäller. Ett exempel är att vinbutiken hälsade oss välkomna på att provsmaka viner innan vi åt på hotellets restaurang vilket vi gjorde och blev vänligt bemötta en kväll. Den andra gången då vi skulle testa andra sorter för eventuellt köp blev det ett bryskt nej och att det var bara gratis för ett av de andra hotellens gäster. Dessutom var herr A inte speciellt trevlig. Å andra sidan vill vi plussa för flesta som serverade på La Cabrera inte minst Agustina och Geraldo.Maten var dessutom högklassig.

Great room, clean, and spacious. Staff for amazing and everything about this hotel was lovely. I highly recommend.

Well attended to firstly by the hotel staff and the associated tour operation. The hotel is downtown with shops and malls close by. It is associated with the Isabella vineyard which also has barrels and vats with fermentation going on in the cellar. There is a large vineyard worth a visit which produces epic Malbec and other wines.

Quarto grande, confortável, porém muito antigo. Café bom pois é servido ou no restaurante Lá Cabrera ou Sheraton, com possibilidade de utilizar dependências do mesmo. Negativo: cobraram em meu cartão posterior um vinho(ruim) que havia sido informado como cortesia

The room cleaning left something to be desired due to inattention to detail, such as replenishing items. Regarding the staff, I have no complaints. The employees were helpful, attentive, and attentive. The breakfast was good, but quite repetitive; there were no Argentinian empanadas on any given day. I did not use the spa services.
