Best place in Vernon to stay

It wasn’t the room they showed in the advertisement! Could improve the room, for example the curtain were awful and falling down, sliding door not working properly and over all the room could use an upgrade!!!

It was really noisy, first we booked 1 night bcz we want to check if its good we will book 2 more nights but we checked out because even toilet flush was so mich noisy.

It was a horrible experience at the hotel, there were bedbugs in the room we were assigned to, it was clear that the infestation had been left unattended for a long time, since we were able to spot and kill various of them. We were assigned to another room after that. There were nasty odours coming out of the washroom. In addition even though the receipt did not state anything about housekeeping being extra, the front desk told us that they charge extra for housekeeping.

Very welcoming to pets room was downstairs to walking area for dogs which was good. Place is very aged could use a revamp but price was low so I guess that’s why. People were friendly charged an extra fee for pet and at check out wanted to charge for printed receipt. Linen was clean so was bathroom just outdated

Room was great! Services were promopt and friendly. Dissapointed the hot tub didnt work but the pool was wamer than expected. Would stay again

I was charged two “damage deposits” and they have yet to return them. It’s been a month and nothing yet. They keep saying that someone will get back to me and my credit card will be credited.

Room was not that I had picked. In the morning I fallen down outside because it was very slippery and icy. Property should be taken care of before 7 am with some salt or some safety precautions.

Clean, perfect for dogs we had a ground floor room with direct access to a fenced in grass area. Staff was super lovely. Honestly was just going to hang here for a few hours after having a few drinks at a winery but ended up staying the night cause we were so comfortable. 😊

Everything was awesome. Very Pet friendly as they put you in a room with balcony access to outside enclosed dog run.
