Clean big rooms, staff were so friendly and welcoming.. close to the Murray River and cafes, restaurants, shops. My girls loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Bit worse for wear and the room quality is really in consistent. Ive stayed here before and had really new tidy rooms but this time the room i had was really run down. I dont think this accomidation is worth the price...

The Grand is a grand hotel in the old world terms of grand. We had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is way over priced. The place in no way Grand. May have been good 100 yrs ago.

Great place to stay. I have stayed here a number of times now! Place is convinently located. Close to all the main shoppi g, restaurants and bars. The place is a little tired and run down and beds are a little springy but over all good accommodation. Staff are friendly and wonderful. I will stay here again!

The room was large, but it came with a couple of dead blowflies. We were told that we had been upgraded. The room was located over the sportsman's bar which just happens to be on the busy intersection where the trucks pull up to the lights and then turn right until late at night. The room was a long way from the entrance to the hotel and the parking for your car which was across the road. This may not have been a problem usually, but 6 weeks post surgery for a knee replacement made it more difficult, especially with a crutch and luggage. The location was good.

Strange smell in room. Beds the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Staff lovely, great location.

The overall property is nice. It could use a paint job though. Considering the cost, the room was looking quite old and outdated.

What a beautiful stay, great friendly staff and close to everything you need. Look forward to staying there again.

At 76 having to climb outdoor old timber stairs when by booking in March I should have been in the main building ( like the rest of my extended family.) Old fixtures… I had to kick my shower door open to exit. Cleanliness was fair. Photos of the Hotels ‘Hayday’ do look ‘GRAND’!
