Great location for work or play

Great location. Perfect for families. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Cairns.

Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative.

Hotel is a taxi ride away from the airport and cost about 30 aud. Bit of a misunderstanding regards getting into the property, but quickly resolved. Apartment a good size for 2 people, although the overall condition was of a tired property in need of some TLC. Good laundry facilities. Host Warren was very helpful in organising a taxi for our return trip to the airport at 4.30am! Location of property very good, less than 10 minutes walk to the dock.

Nice property, handy to shopping and eateries. Very good sized room. Would prefer a separate shower ( not one over the bath) . I would recommend this property to all travellers.

想像していたよりは綺麗でした。水回りは古いので、シャワーの途中で温水から水になってしまうことが何度かありました。フロントにはいつも人がおらず、自分で色々できる人でないと泊まるのは難しいかなと思います。

少し古い施設ですがスタッフはフレンドリーで優しいです。きれいに掃除されていますが、やはり一個一個の設備は古いので不便もあります。それでも部屋は広く、冷蔵庫も大きいので長く滞在する場合は快適かと。 ただ繁華街からは少し歩くので、毎晩飲んだ後は帰るのに疲れました。また子連れの場合も公営プールから遠いので遊び疲れたあとに抱っこして帰るのにも大変でした笑

The room is really good value for the price, I stay in Cairns every two weeks and have found that some of the big name Hotels with high rates around Cairns are not as nice as this place.

最初に部屋の鍵を1つしかもらえず、妻が部屋に残るとき、電気設備をＯＮにするためにカードキーを差し込んでおかなければならず、夫が外出すると、帰ってきた時に施設のエントランスのカギがなく、インターホンで、開けてほしい旨お願いすると、「なぜカードキーを持っていない？」と問い詰められ、不満を言われた。理由を話すと、2つめのカギを渡してくれた。２つカギがあるのなら、最初から渡してほしい。 以降は自分の非があったからか、笑顔での対応をしてくれた。

The location was great for the purpose of our trip. 5 min walk to the convention center. It also 10 min walk to the city center and waterfront area. The unit was clean. Management was great in accommodating and responding to our requests. Thank you Warren so much!

オーナーは気さくで、楽しい人でした。部屋も広く綺麗。海もケアンズ駅にも歩ける距離で便利でした。必要な物はほとんど揃っています。ドライヤーも風量が強くて助かりました。

清潔で困ったことにも簡潔に で親切に対応してくれます。

Very Friendly Accessible options Great place - clean and helpful service

This property is well positioned. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the cafe was closed on the weekend when we were there there was many eating options close by which the staff directed us to. It was a great place to stay and I recommend it to anyone going to Cairns

Great place to stay, close to everything, free parking, room was large and clean with everything you could want on holidays. Really quiet location and will definitely be back. Staff are great and very helpful

Slighty outdated but definitely comfortable, clean and spacious. A huge thank you to Warren who checked us in! Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful! A great first impression for the hotel, So thank you Warren! 😊 Blake and Lutz (not from Invercargill) 😅
