전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard Thousand Oaks Ventura County

만리부에서 내륙 쪽으로 국립공원을 지나서 있는 호텔입니다. 전형적인 미국 저층 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 잘 가꾸어진 건물과 방의 청결도도 좋았습니다. 직원의 대응도는, 별로 요청을 하지 않아서, 잘 모르겠습니다만, 체크인, 체크아웃시에는 물론 매우 친절했습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 호텔로 생각됩니다.

It was July 4, and it was noisier than I expected it to be in a very high risk fire zone.

They were all very kind there, very accommodating to us. We would absolutely stay there again!

Does not offer free coffee in the lobby. Walls very thin and easily able hear hallway noise. This property should give free parking!

Love the breakfast bar in the lobby. It's like having your own Starbucks, but better.

The bed was made with the top sheet above the comforter and the bed light charge station did not work. I did let the hotel manager know.

Stayed there for a Cal Lutheran Univ. graduation. Enjoyed the room and property, but the cost for bar drinks and breakfast items were outrageous!

We were in a real bind, but Vish and Courtyard saved our trip! After checking in at another nearby hotel, we were horrified at how dingy and dirty it was and knew we couldn’t stay there. Quickly searching, we saw that Courtyard had 2 rooms left (not the right configuration we wanted) so we booked! We checked out of one hotel and into Courtyard. Vish found us 2 perfect rooms and our trip was saved! The service was top notch and the rooms were clean and comfortable!
