Check-in time was 4:00, but we arrived earlier than expected. I checked in ahead of time and said they would call me when the room was ready. After touring the surrounding tunnels, I received a call saying it was ready and checked in at the hotel. However, among the rooms under construction on the first floor, they were assigned to a corner room. When I entered the room, it was very old and smelled, and above all, I felt construction noise and dust in the hallway. I have no idea why they were assigned this room. I felt so bad. In the end, I asked to change and was able to change from the room assigned to the ground floor to the opposite room. It was a very exhausting day from the first day of the trip.

The staff were pleasant. The rooms could be cleaner and updated. The beds were hard and the arm chair in the room was grossly dirty and stains on the carpet.

Staff are very nice. The room is clean. The spa is very nice.

Wonderful stay.

Loved the mineral pool, especially the outside portion and the steam room

Had a great stay clean and comfortable. The Hardwood restaurant has fantastic food!

Enjoyed our stay

We were treated absolutely poorly from check - in because we booked with Expedia. We were even told “ because you booked with Expedia “. We were treated cheaply. Our room lacked hand soap, water, the little things that would come standard in any room. We had to ask the laundry lady ( who was prolly the best employee there and treated us with respect ). I’m scared to order through Expedia again, because I don’t want to be treated like this.

The rooms need an update, pretty worn out.

The room was dated but very clean. The staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was very enjoyable. We had a great stay!

The room was run down, things were falling apart in the room. For $350 a night I would have expected a room that wasn’t falling apart

Pool is cold and dirty

The room i stayed in was nice but i can not understand why this hotel has such bad pillows for guests. I have stayed here many times in many different rooms and the pillows are always the same, lumpy and hard to sleep on. This will not stop me from coming to stay again as the mineral pools are lovely and really they are the reason we choose this hotel

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon because we enjoyed our stay many summers ago but unfortunately “The Mineral Spa Room” was not what we expected. The photos shared for the rooms are very misleading. Firstly, our jacuzzi was suppose to be the same mineral water coming directly from the pool but it definitely wasn’t at all. Secondly, the room was completely neglected. Baseboards falling off the wall, the couch had many stains, many objects broken/dirty. I melt very uncomfortable even sleeping in the bed. We will never return. Horrible experience!
