Check-in time was 4:00, but we arrived earlier than expected. I checked in ahead of time and said they would call me when the room was ready. After touring the surrounding tunnels, I received a call saying it was ready and checked in at the hotel. However, among the rooms under construction on the first floor, they were assigned to a corner room. When I entered the room, it was very old and smelled, and above all, I felt construction noise and dust in the hallway. I have no idea why they were assigned this room. I felt so bad. In the end, I asked to change and was able to change from the room assigned to the ground floor to the opposite room. It was a very exhausting day from the first day of the trip.

Needs ugrading

They called it a renovated room….yes it needed renovations…burn in carpet….desk and most furniture worn to worn out ….half pool closed….still charged full rates …not impressed 0

the room was awesome customer service was great and a special about to Btad at front reception. also special thank you to Maintenance for fixing our door right away. the hot mineral spa was so very relaxing and wonderful. I would recommend thos resort as a must visit i would definitely come back. thank you temple gardens for a most wonderful stay

It was nice and clean the only down side was the sauna and outdoor pool wasn’t open but only because of the renovations going on so was to be expected

Our stay was disappointing. A listed amenity is the outdoor pool. We understand that there is a large commitment and investment to upgrade this property but the outdoor pool wasn't available and there was incredibly loud construction happening. We noted that construction was anticipated to start at the end of May in the lisfing however, that wasn't changed in the listing despite it having started early May impacting our stay and others that we communicated with. We were told that because we booked third party that there could be no remedy. The room was very dated. My husband did have a good experience with a service he booked. I ordered breakfast from the restaurant and it was also very disappointing.

Renovations were ongoing, which was good because the rooms and spa area are in great need of updates. We knew this going in so it wasn't a surprise.

We paid the money to stay at this hotel because of the spa facilities, but had no idea that the spa facilities were being renovated so when we did go to the pool, we had to listen to hammer drilling, and the room was full of painters, the outside part of the pool was closed, which is our favourite part because the spa is hotter there I was very disappointed that there was no discount offered to us.

Very clean and fresh

So they are getting ready to shut down pool till July, was lucky enough to enjoy both indoor and out

Staff were great, pool was nice, sauna was closed so that was a bummer. Restaurant was good with good service. Bed was comfortable. Needs some updates which sounds like is happening. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain and the bathtub/shower tap had a mind of its own on whether it wanted to turn on or not. Overall pretty decent stay.

Mineral water was great. NO menus for room service option, no shower cap, vending machines didn't always work. Place is in need of a facelift/renovation (planned for summer of 2026).

Spa was relaxing

The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Enjoyed the hot springs a lot. They are doing a Reno to the facilities so that is good. Carpets had some tears and stains. Furniture had a broken edge and sink cracked. Small things, but it was clean. In house dinning was a bit expensive compared to the quality of the food. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. Also enjoyed a walk to the tunnels, only a couple of blocks away.

Kids loved the spa, staff was friendly

Renovations are going on, but price was still high. Should have been discounted.

The spa is in serious need of a renovation…good thing they are doing it now. Slippers in the rooms would be nice. Rooms need an update but I guess one thing at a time
