Chambre propre,lit confortable pour un séjour de quelques nuits.

Kamers waren redelijk schoon, de badkamer en toilet mogen schoner of vervangen. Lekkage kraan. Bij binnenkomst hing er een zure lucht in de kamer, maar die vervloog snel. Personeel achter de balie zeer vriendelijk. Accomodatie is simpel en prima voor een nacht op doorreis.

Il n'y a avait pas de serviettes de toilettes, cela a vite été résolu. Le plus grave est qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau et pas de chasse d'eau ! C'était la chambre 20. La dame de l'accueil étant seule, elle n'a rien pu faire. Il est complètement anormal de ne pas pouvoir avoir une personne d'entretien et de continuer a louer une chambre dans cet état.

Hôtel défraîchi, maintenance à revoir. Cet établissement mériterait en urgence une rénovation complète. L'état de délabrement est assez surprenant d'autant plus que l'étape Hôtel appartient à un important groupe possédant plusieurs marques dont certaines prestigieuses...

Le parking est facile d'accès. Le petit déjeuner est standard, à volonté. Le personnel est accueillant. La salle de bain, notamment la douche était en mauvais état (support pommeau de douche cassé, rideau de douche désagréable qui colle à la peau)

Arrived after 10, door closed, sign on door said to use automatic checkin machine, but it did not work, no staff visible. Finally found staff & checked in. Also, a lot of noise from other patrons. Not sure if I should have closed my window better, or the noise coming into our room was due to a gap between the door and the frame, letting noise in. Otherwise a simple, efficient, convenient option.

Air con unit was missing. No towels in 1 room. Other room had radiator hanging off wall

Awful, the key card wasn't working, so we had to go to the reception (at the other hotel) to ask for another one (all happening at 1am in the morning), the duvet cover was burned (from a cigarette I guess), the pillows are not really pillows, and in the bathroom there was 1 toilet paper roll already used.

This place is fine to stay if you are checking in later and leaving early (for example making way to euro tunnel). It is not so comfy and more motel like - all in one bathroom wetroom. Our room was clean but smelt of cigarette smoke (and the blanket had burn holes) which wasn't pleasant. Communal areas in reception had laundry piled up. We arrived at 7pm to do the automatic check in and it said our room wasnt ready however Receptionist was helpful and friendly in advising and sorted us a room.

Well positioned for stopover close to A26 Clean and reasonable size rooms for single night stopover Very basic breakfast (cheese and ham would be nice) However reasonable price and good value
