The property is absolutely beautiful; everyone was so nice and responsive to our every need from the time of arrival and departure.

Something for every member of the family

Vine con mi familia y fueron unas de las mejores vacaciones de verano que hemos tenido ! El lugar es un paraíso ! Estuvimos 6 días y yo creo que no conocíamos ni la Mitad de todas las actividades que tiene el hotel ! La playa es hermosa ; el agua es cristalina y puedes ver peces y tortugas ! Hicimos la actividad de nadar con manta rayas (la favorita de mi hijo de 12) y la de los delfines ! Estuvo muy completa y muy divertida También fuimos todo un día a ver a los cerditos en la playa de Exuma y estuvo increíble ! Muy recomendado también . Fue un día lleno de aventura y lo reservamos con pieces of 8 ahí en el hotel. Si prepárate para gastar en comida y bebidas por qué todo es costoso .Pero también puedes comprar un thermo y rellenarlo en una de las muchas estaciones de agua y refrescos gratis .

Our first disappointment was that even after calling Atlantis 3 times on the phone to confirm that our rooms were connecting, they didn't honor this upon arrival. They told us it wasn't possible. Then why did their employees confirm it? They did nothing to address this mistake in any way, so our kids were down the hall (not ideal!) They promised a follow up phone call the next day, but never followed up. It took an hour to get our bags delivered to our room. I had to roam around and hunt them down because no one knew where they were. We requested late check out. They promised they would call us to the day before. They never called. This is not 5 star service and I am surprised they have this designation after staying here. It isn't worth the $$$. There is a lot of wear and tear on this hotel. If you are used to traveling to 5 star hotels, this one will be a disappointment. Many of the 5 star amenities aren't even technically at the Cove, they are at the other parts of Atlantis. Some other cons...rickety ironing board with a huge brown stain, no mini bar/snacks in the room, service at restaurant for breakfast is slow, allow at least 30 minutes in the evening on the shuttles to get to dinner if traveling to another part of Atlantis, no Smart TV's, finicky toilet, some electrical and wifi issues, no necessities store at the Cove. Pros: nice employees (except for upper mgmt in our case), no issue finding chairs at beach or pool, beautiful beach, not too crowded. Food was ok

Air was not cold in rooms

The water amd scenery was beautiful the staff was nice but the food als drinks were severely over priced!

Its a huge resort and so many options to do nothing but relax and enjoy.

Overall good experience , food at the restaurants could be better . Very expensive for the quality .

For the amount of $$ u sped and have been multiple time and there is areas that need to be repaired, and need to be updated, and not to mention the mold growing in the shower , granite they came up and cleaned it.

From start to finish it was a relaxing adventure

Excellent all around, the only issue was the restaurant Perch for breakfast we wer seated 10:15 and we did not get service til 11:45 and very basically ignored

Hotel property

The cove is newly renovated as I understand. Adult pool is amazing with soft beds, beach is amazing with soft powdery sand and clear water. Food is good but expensive for what it is but hey it’s an island, so yeah. Nice casino. Rooms are big and spacious, clean. We stayed at 19 floor the view was amazing. Definitely worth to pay a little extra for high floor and views. Stuff is mainly nice. Big property, lots of beautiful space to walk around, beautiful greenery. Other property hotels are bit dated, so if you want better quality vacation then definitely go for The Cove. Take snorkeling gear, lots of fish, and even turtle can be found in the beach water. Thai restaurant KO SÀ WĂN was amazing, great quality nice flavour, was our favourite, second was Fish restaurant we had Bahamian experience there, it’s almost worth it if you have good attitude. Overall, we had an amazing stay.

Awesome property would definitely go back

The rooms, although very comfortable, are dated: carpet, sofas and furniture should be replaced for a fresher look. I enjoyed the quiet of the rooms and hallways in spite of many guests being around.
