It was a good hotel that was clean

Staff was friendly. The hot tub did not work, that was a disappointment.

It took over 30 minutes to get staff to come up to front desk to assist with checking in and by the time they did there was a line of guests. Our room was noisy due to excessive hallway movement, door slamming, and loud animals. Our curtains had tears in them. Our sheets and comforters had tears in them. Our floor was so slick getting out of the shower due to still having soap on the floors from when it was cleaned. The walls were incredibly thin. No bath tub in the bathroom.

Very nice desk staff. Clean quiet room with comfy beds. Breakfast was good and fresh.

I would stay there again

First room had toilet that would it flush, stains on carpet which likely was pet urine stains, and smelled. Got a new one room and the bath door was filthy and a dog had scratched it heavily, cobwebs in most corners of room and bathroom. Staff was helpful and professional but the room I paid for was downgraded to these terrible rooms because I had a dog.

The room was clean & spacious, although we noticed a slight smoke smell. It seemed to be masked by a stronger cleaning smell. We did not mention it and it did not keep me from sleeping It was very quiet and the beds were very comfy. Lots of pillows which I loved.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The hot tub was amazing!

Clean room

This was the only hotel in the area that had two adjoining rooms with a large capacity. We didn’t interact with the staff very much. The swimming pool was a bit small for our taste. But everything looked clean. We had a good stay. Note there is no restaurants nearby.

The first room we checked into - the carpet was soaking wet. We were able to switch rooms, but weren’t told why it was wet. The room was ok - clean, but had a funky smell. The pool was nice, but didn’t understand why the turn off the mushroom shower for the weekends. It was one of the main attractions to our stay. The internet connection was very poor as well as the Wi-Fi service. The breakfast was good, but wish it began at 6am on weekends.

The house keeping staff was awful, on the day of check out they knocked on our door 3 times at 8:30 in the morning, when check out was at noon. They then continued to sit on the floor outside of our room untill we left, keep in mind we left an hour before our check out time. The pool and spa were pretty dirty with grim all over them.

We spent $300 on two rooms to have a kids swimming birthday party there. There was SO much chlorine in that pool that everyone’s eyes were burning and all the kids were coughing and felt sick. I felt awful for everyone that we invited. We tried to go swimming later again and lasted about 10 minutes.

The only bad part was the pool area. It had a chlorine problem & all of our eyes were burning & throat’s soar.

The hotel looks like it was remodeled and everything was clean and in good condition. The room was very clean and spacious.

The hotel was clean and the staff was kind. I was disappointed with the pool area. The pool was way over chlorinated. To stand watching my grandkids swim, my eyes burned and it was hard to breathe. Kids were going out the door coughing and hacking from the heavy chlorine in the pool and air. It was not ventilated at all. We were put in a room right near the elevators and it sounded like elephants stomping around us until 1 am. The breakfast had a good selection for all of us. Noise and pool were the worst. We stayed here 2 years ago and remember having similiar issues with the pool, but it was much worse this time!

Conveniently located

I was originally second guessing my stay as I drove in the parking lot and saw all the broken concrete while trying to find the entrance. So surprised when I walked in to a big, nicely designed foyer, relaxation and breakfast area. Both rooms were clean and well kept, even though they have been well used. Very thankful of joined rooms, as it made assisting our disabled family member much easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were the same both days, but plenty of choices.
