직원도 친절하고 객실 청결도도 좋았습니다^^b

객실은 깨끗 .좁은 화장실.뷰는 없음. 친절한 직원. 조식 식당 직원은 칭찬하고 싶지 않음. 조식은 빵을 바구니에 담아서 테이블마다 줘서 좋았고 커피,쥬스도 개별 주문 좋았음. 위치는 루브르에서 정말 가까움. 이번 유럽 여행은 위치로 선정했는데 만족스러움.

위치가 루브르 박물관 바로 옆이고 주변에 백화점, 식당, 지하철등 편의성이 뛰어남

꼭대기층 배정으로 에펠탑 야경을 조금 볼수 있지만, 욕실 샤워하는 부분이 노후화되어있어 조금 아쉬워요..! 그래도 조식은 맛있으니 필수로 하세요!!! 진짜!!!

여기 조식이 별로인 거 말고는 위치랑 교통 다 좋아요.방도 파리 호텔 치고 넓은 편이고 마룻바닥이라 좋습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Empire Paris! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the Louvre, the Seine, and many wonderful cafés and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

This hotel was centrally located and only a block from the Louvre-Rivoli Metro stop, so it is in great location. Unfortunately, they put us in a room below the main level, (basically the basement) which was damp and musty. The shower had mold in it and did not drain at all. They had a plumber come to fix it and I took a shower the next day, which once again didn’t drain and flooded the floor. We used the bath towels to clean it up and let them know what happened. They ended up putting a sign on the shower saying it wasn’t usable, but left the soaking wet towels there and didn’t make up our room. We came back after a day of sightseeing with no towels to use and they told us the room hadn’t been made up because our door hanger said Do Not Disturb. I know for sure that the Please Make Up the Room sign was facing out when we left. Perhaps it fell off when they came to check the shower again. We obviously were not there, and the least they could've done was replace the towels. Thankfully there was also a deep soaking tub in the bathroomroom with a shower, which we would have used from the start if we had known about the unusable walk in shower. (Which as older guests we preferred over the tub.)We asked if we could move to another room and were told that wasn’t possible. The breakfast was just okay. We booked this hotel because of its excellent reviews and I can only guess that the reviews were for other accomodations on higher floors.

The staff at this property are its strength, they are very willing to help in any way possible. The room was clean, though often the time they came was not as timingly as we would have liked. The breakfast was okay, mostly only ate the chocolate croissants. Did not go to the hot tub.

Ambiance, localisation

Great location, great air conditioner which is especially important since Paris was really hot when we were there. Staff were amazing. We were in one of the basement rooms whose windows faced a sunny courtyard yard. Plenty of light and room had more space than typical hotel rooms. Hotel was around the corner from a laundromat and near several metro stations. The breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for 5 days and had a great experience with helpful friendly staffs and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended

Location was fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful. Room and bathroom was really big! Everyone was so helpful. We will be back!

Hotel is outdated. However rooms are large when traveling with kids. I paid $800 a night which is a lot for this hotel because the rooms are so outdated. The staff is very nice and helpful.

L’Empire Hotel was a great hotel to stay in Paris. It had many more positives than negatives. The staff was extraordinary. The front desk, breakfast attendant, room service attend, virtually everyone, was focused on the guest experience. Locations was key, non better! Vibrant neighborhood close to many key land markgsu The hotel was spotless, but tired. If you’re looking for “luxury”, this is not your hotel. Comfortable, clean, happy, yes…upscale, no. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Lived the location of the hotel. Staff was very helpful with restauranr recommendations. Property could use some renovations and updates.
