전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Villa Romeo

The staff here went above and beyond to help us out when our airline delivered our delayed luggage to this address by mistake - we eventually came back to Catania to pick up the luggage and stayed another night in Villa Romeo. The hotel is a little worn down but has dated grandeur, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the courtyard that opens out from the ground floor rooms is charming. Breakfast could be improved. The location is excellent if you are only staying in Catania for a night or two and want to be near the train station/airport shuttle. Most importantly, I found the staff here extremely professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with (despite our complicated situation with the luggage) - the best experience in this regard during a week's stay in Roma and Siracusa. Thank you again to the staff!

What a great place to say in catania. the hotel staff was very informative and helpful. Very convenient to nearby train station and bus depot. Interbus station is within walking distance to the hotel. You can catch allibus to airport a the train station.

Staff were pleasant enough but hotel is on the edge of a very rundown area which we wandered into in the streets behind the hotel . The main rd is fine so just avoid the run down bit . Having said that the location for the train station opposite is great as is the bus station .Room was basic and needed decorating but hotel has a faded charm . Breakfast was ok but they should invest in a coffee machine !

Great staff and delicious breakfast.

The property had an amazing breakfast in the garden. The negatives are the hallways are dark and old. The staircase carpet was worn and dirty. But without out a doubt it was the absolutely WORST BED we have ever slept on. My guess is that they all need to be replaced. The bedding itself was also very old and flimsy.

Das Hotel ist an guter Lage mit meist nettem Personal. Hübsche Zimmer alt aber gepflegt, leider mit sehr unbequemen Better, konnte kaum schlafen. Zudem ist der Straßenlärm enorm. Frühstück hat definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt aber genossen.

Hotel bem localizado, bem perto da estação, equipe cordial e prestativa. Cafe da manha delicioso, o capuccino precisa melhorar. Precisa melhorar a limpeza dos tapetes das areas comuns, bsm manchados e os toldos dos quartos. Agradável jardim é uma grande vantagem, ponto negativo é que a area perto da estação é tenebrosa.

Ho pernottato due notti. Il personale è veramente gentile e le colazioni sono molto buone. Purtroppo l'hotel ha bisogno sicuramente di una ristrutturazione radicale. Avrebbe pertanto una grande potenzialità. Il climatizzatore urlava vendetta. La carta da parati vecchia e logora era scollata nelle giunture, il soffione doccia da sostituire e la cassetta geberit staccata. C'era un odore strano nella stanza. In queste condizioni non è possibile definirsi un 3 stelle. Il prezzo non dovrebbe superare le 35/45 euro a notte.

It was a Pallazio. A bit decaying but very charming and well mantained. Good breakfest

The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the train station but the are is unsafe, the hotel is dated and is nothing like the pictures posted, the breakfast is good but go at 7:00 am or will find only bread and butter after 8:00 am. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody unless you don’t care for your safety and well being.

The exterior of the property and some of the amenities were much older than I expected. But that was more than made up for by the super friendly and helpful staff and the proximity to the rail station.

街の中心からは少し離れていますが、駅やバスターミナルに近く、タオルミーナ等、日帰り遠足に便利｡ カターニアの見所も、徒歩で15分くらい｡ レセプションの人も親切だし、朝食もグッド｡ ホテルの回りは寂れていますが、街灯もしっかりしており、夜でも危ない感じはしませんでした｡

It can be a wonderful hotel, IF the owners: - renew/ change the furniture - change the carpets, because it smells - renovate the walls. So you can see, if they have a lot of money it can be really a fantastic place! It can be a unic! However, the several interior garden creates a fantastic atmosphere. After a renovation, this could be a beautiful, really cozy hotel!

We enjoyed this truly Sicilian hotel. The rooms are designed individually and the courtyard is beautiful.

Very close to bus and train station. Walkable to most attractions in the city. Friendly staffs. For rooms facing street, expect to hear traffic noise at night.

Convenient location by train and bus but a little bit far from Downtown.
