Yes,the hot tub is hot enough.

Hot tub was nice. Quite busy but nice. Did not have breakfast. Seemed loud. Our room could hear a lot of the walking traffic late at night and the early morning.

Hot tub was great, however, robes and slippers to get to the hotub would be nice considering you have to go outdoors to get to it. Matress was not great.

Hot pool was awesome!!! Food fantastic. Clean hotel and suoer helpful front staff.

Good staff made it easy for a room upgrade for a little more space

Best hotel ever ! We had the best family time and the hot tub caves were just amazing !!! Highly recommend

The standard room we had was just fine, staff are super friendly. We were able to check in early which was most helpful with a three-year-old who needed a nap. Underground parking was a bonus since it snowed heavily most of our timre in Banff.

The hot tub was nice and relaxing. However, the room was not clean and did not match the photos. We asked to change the room, but the second room had similar issues. Overall, it was disappointin

Great place and location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very nice and in good condition. The aircon/heater was noisy and hard to operate. Breakfast was plentiful and great for a ski day. The free ski shuttle was right in front of the hotel. Easy to walk to town.

Was a very good stay, the pool was an amazing experience & location of the hotel was a perfect area for us. I will be staying here again!

Pillows were horrible and pillow case I had was ripped all the way through.

Upgraded to a suite, was nice to have extra room. Great location. Loved the hot tub.

Room was nice and the hot tub area was fun and different.

Rooms felt kind of run down, Hot tub was nice and staff were very friendly. Don't think I would go back for the price though
