아침에 짐보관을 신청하러 갔더니 방이 준비된게 있다며 10시에 체크인 하게 해줬어요^^ 조식은 요플렛, 식빵, 머핀, 오렌지, 커피, 쥬스가 끝이지만 아침과 간식이 다 해결되었구요 커피, 쥬스는 오전. 오후 계속 이용 했어요. 냉풍기, 온풍기, 냉장고, 금고가 방에 있어서 잘 사용했어요. 욕조 마게 없었고 욕조 커튼에서 약간의 냄새가 났지만 크게 신경 쓰일 정도는 아니었어요. 엘리베이터도 있고 전반적으로 대만족^^

Globalement, l'hôtel est correct. La literie est très bien, la chambre simple mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le pdj pas transcendant mais simple. Le gros bémol est la clim de la chambre, qui est collective, réglable directement en modifiant le débit sur la bouche d'extraction qui est au plafond au dessus lit. Malgré cela, il est impossible de l'arrêter, et reste bruyante toute la nuit !

The front desk was extremely helpful in giving us ideas for places we could visit on our two-day trip. The room and bathroom were clean. Hotel was conveniently located 7 minutes from the Metro station making going around really easy.

Les lits sont très confortable. L'hôtel très silencieux! L'hôtel est en rénovation, les murs sont remplis de plâtre. Le stationnement est un stationnement payant Indigo de l'autre côté de la rue. Le gros hic sont les tapis dans les chambres très tachés et sales! Staff très gentil !

It’s an older hotel that is currently being renovated internally. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious, with a fridge, a comfortable bed, and a good bathroom, and there was no outside noise. However, we were uncomfortable with the air conditioning—it was very cold and a bit noisy, and there was no way to control it from the room. The parking is outdoors and there is almost never any space available, but there is a public parking lot across the street. I would stay here again; the services are in line with what you pay.

After reading all the reviews most raved about how clean the property was and that the location wasn’t the greatest. The location part was correct it wasn’t the greatest, our room on the other hand had stains all over the floor, the toilet paper holder, toilet and sink faucet were all loose and felt like at any moment they were just going to fall apart and our comforter had blood stains on it. Next up is the building is smoke free but after our first night there when we were on our way down to grab breakfast the whole 3rd floor and stunk of cigarettes and weed and when we brought this up they said well our building is smoke free so we don’t know. That night we could now smell it in our room, and the following morning in the hallway again, when we brought this back to their attention they just said we had asked everyone on the floor and they said that nobody had come forward about it, well obviously not as there not going to admit to breaking the rules.

Room felt safe and bed was very comfortable. There were issues with cleanliness - very stuffy / musty carpeting, crumbs in fridge, minor stains on duvet, etc. Complementary coffee was very appreciated as was the early check in and ablity to store luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Sincèrement, cet établissement manque d'amour et de propreté. Par contre, la literie est parfaite, le lit confortable, le tout très propre. Par contre, le reste est douteux. La cuisine pour les petits déjeuner est très sale; surtout la machinerie qui lève le coeur (voir photos). La chambre rénovée à petit prix laisse voir des traces de doigts, la robineterie non nettoyée...

Pretty bare bones hotel. Garbage in the hallway. I was given a room facing about 10 green recycling bins. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Très bon accueil du personnel qui était très agréable. La chambre était très propre avec en supplément un petit balconnet. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais efficace ! Seul petit bémol : la taille du la salle du petit déjeuner et l’état relativement délabré des parties communes. Mais l’on vient ici pour dormir et pas profiter du décor. Nous recommandons pour les petits budgets à Montréal.

Not much isolated, we heard people next to our room having some fun during the night, some of the staff were not bilingual and there was water under the paint in the bathroom. Tho, breakfast was good, not much choices but still, staff was friendly and helpful. A good hotel

Great location, helpful & friendly staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the downtown Montreal area.

Chambre propre. Personnel courtois. Dejeuner basic mais bien. Stationnement payant 😞et assez délabré. Notre fenetre de chambre brisée, donc ne se fermsit pas, donc avons eu froid.

The room was clean and the person at the front desk was very helpful! Parking was not ideal - entrance was locked over the weekend so getting my car out meant getting help from the local police.

Fresh breakfast but they could include some hot breakfast as well apart from bread and bagels. Overall it was a good stay.

Even though they offered free cold breakfast, the room condition was poor. They had a fan available (No in room air-conditioning) which made it difficult to sleep. The walls seem like they were made out of thin paper since we could literally hear the people on the top floor entering their room and walking around. Thank God I brought a white noise machine to tune out all the noise. The staff at the front desk though was very nice but I cannot return to this hotel due to cleanliness and loud noise.

la chambre était propre, en rentrant dans le couloir sa sentait beaucoup le canabis mais pas dans la chambre donc pas trop grave. en face du batiment faut s'attendre que c'est un espace abandonné ce qui est pas necessairement rassureant mais je crois que c'est le quartier en tant que tel qui est comme sa.
