가격대비 정말 별로였어요. 방문열고 딱 들어선 순간 90년대 호텔같았구요, 청소 상태도 별로였네요. 야외 수영장때문에 예약한건데 수영후 아이 목 주변으로 두드러기처럼 올라와서 속상했어요. 1박에 200유로 넘게 줬는데 100유로도 아까운 호텔입니다.

호텔은 옛 항구와 접해있기 때문에 이프섬 정류소, 관광 안내소, 쇼핑 센터에 걸어갈 수 있는 편리한 입지이다. 또한 지하철역과도 가깝고,주변에 음식점이 많고 치안도 좋다. 호텔 입구 옆 계단을 오르면, 바로 생빅토르 수도원이다. 호텔은 새 건물이라 실용적이고 쾌적하며 룸서비스도 신속하고 좋아요.

Excellent location with great people working on the front desk. Everywhere is clean except for the lobby bathroom and the elevators could be cleaner.

Excellent location, beautiful and clean hotel, great outdoor pool and bar. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food and drink is pricey at the hotel though.

Lækkert hotel, venligt personale og god placering. Aircondition på værelse fungerede ikke super godt. Vi ville gerne have det lidt køligere når vi skulle sove. Lækker pool med fin plads.

My family and I made reservations to stay here for 5 nights last week. We were driving to Marseille from Barcelona (5+ hour drive). At the time, unknown to us, there were fires happening on the route to Marseille (which neither the hotel nor Expedia warned us about). As a result, on our drive in, police told us to turn around and go back as it was not safe to drive to Marseille. We drove back to Barcelona and were forced to book a night there at a random hotel, losing our first night at Radisson Blu. The next day, before attempting to drive to Marseille again, we called Radisson Blu (useless call center) and emailed them to find out if it was okay to come. No one responded to our email or called back. We drove there anyway to avoid forfeiting our reservation and have nowhere else to stay while in another country. We finally made it to Marseille, only to find out the fire was now IN Marseille and the MRS airport was closed (which we needed to fly out of at the end of our stay). We stayed one night at the hotel and checked out the next morning because the air quality was so bad. We changed our flight to an earlier flight heading out of Nice airport and booked new stay in Nice. We explained this to hotel management and asked for a refund for the 4 nights we paid for and did not get to use. They said since the booking was made with Expedia, we need to contact them. Of course, Expedia pointed the finger at the hotel and said they need to approve the refund, which they did not.

Property is central, clean and modern, pool area is great. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we checked out. The lovely young women who checked us in were amazing.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The reception staff were especially friendly.

This hotel is well located in Vieux Port, quiet, walkable, safe. Appreciated the early check in and upgrade.

Beautiful room, location perfect for seeing local sites. Staff was exceptional and helpful with any request.
