Rezeption spricht schnell französisch mit wenig Rücksicht auf jemand, der nur begrenzt französisch versteht und nicht aus Frankreich kommt.

Séjour pour 1 nuit dans cette hôtel Hôtel bien situé, l’hôtel est propre, chambre spacieuse est propre. Un petit reproche pour les salariés, manque de politesse ( au petit déjeuner aucun bonjour ni personnes pour nous pointer notre numéro de chambre ) Petit déjeuner pas grand chose pour le prix … à revoir

Camere confortevoli affacciate sul fiume. Ottima qualità prezzo e colazione. Bella cittadina per raggiungere agevolmente gli Châteaux del vino in circa 10 minuti

2e séjour au Mercure de Libourne. Chambre et sdb très propre. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet délicieux. Accueil sympathique à 14h. Visite de la ville à pied. Temps agréable nuages et soleil.

Hotel was excellent in a good location but restaurants close on sunday and monday leaving one choice across the street and reservations are a most . The city of Libourne does not have a lot to offer and we do not think is it worth a visiting
