The unit was exactly what I needed for the group. The three bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own bed and the living room was spacious. The elevators were very fast which was great. The only downside was that there were no paper towels and no detergent for the dishwasher. We had to buy these items, but that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay again.

I really liked the spacious condo and view was amazing! Parking was great and you have a restaurant next door with great food! Definitely will stay in the future

Let me just tell you.. the staff here was the best. Whatever you needed they was on it. This will be the only place I book for my vacation.

I like the property. It's very nice. Our room was very nice, but yeah, the. Refrigerator did not work. And someone was smoking, weed all night long, and it was coming through our balcony. Door also there was a very big spider in the room and when I went downstairs to let them know at the front desk, the desk clerk. Basically laughed in my face about the spider, and I am terrified of spiders. I did not find it funny one bit. I filed a complaint through expedia

The property is beautiful with great amenities. The hotel apartments also look great as well as spacious and clean. The staff are responsive and friendly.

It is my favorite one so far to stay. Thank you, everyone was great!

We had a lovely stay at Grand Atlantic. There was definitely some things we noticed that could be improved and touched up. The hotel common areas and room were clean and the staff that we met were friendly. We loved the little shop and Scooby's as well. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and how spacious the room was. That being said, there were lots of renovations happening along with the noises that come with that. The arcade was dated and some of the machines didn't work properly which bummed out our kids. The garage is a very tight area and seeing the overflow of trash in the main level was unsightly. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The location was great as it was near multiple attractions, shops and restaurants. Once all of the renovations are complete we would definitely stay at Grand Atlantic again.

Upon arrival another lock off room was wide open to our room. Security came up to lock but it caused two things. Lack of safety and also seeing the other room which was much nicer. Main pool was closed for renovations which was a surprise. Our partial beach view was a joke. View of dumpsters and trucks. Room smelled and had the “I don’t want my luggage to touch the ground” feel. When calling about the room all that was offered was the same room on different floor. I have no idea how they are listed as a 4 star hotel on google. A 2 star might be a reach.

Our family of 6 was thrilled with the spacious condo! The ocean view was amazing. Although the outdoor pools were under construction, the hotel next door was very accommodating and we could use their beach access and pool! We would book this room again... and again!!!

Beautiful View. I would recommend this place. It was under construction during our visit so it was a bit noisy. Other than that, we had no issues, and the people were friendly. Our room was clean and it was on the beach so what else could you ask for...
