전체 평가 및 리뷰 Locanda di San Martino Hotel & Termae Romanae

Sassi hotel에 대한 기대가 있었는데 기대 이상으로 독특한 경험이었음. 조식도 풍성하게 로컬 음식들로 제공되아 좋았음.

긴 말 필요 없습니다. 2주간 이탈리아 여행 중 최고의 숙소 였으며, 남부 여행의 정점을 찍은 호텔 입니다. 가족 모두 너무 만족을 하였으며, 지급 한 금액 이상의 만족을 얻었습니다. 동굴 호텔을 경험하며, 청결함, 숙소 위치 등 무엇 하나 빠지는 것이 없었습니다. 이 호텔이 너무 좋아, 1박을 더하고 마테라에 머물고 싶었지만, 일정 상 어쩔수 없이 이동을 해야 했습니다. 다시 마테라에 오고 싶을정도로 너무 아름다운 도시에, 호텔까지... 신혼여행, 가족여행, 효도 여행 등 어떠한 형태의 여행이라도 이곳에서 하루 묵으신다면, 일행 모두에게 큰 선물이 될 것 입니다. 물론 다음 이탈리아 여행을 계획 한다면, 마테라, 이 호텔에 다시 올 것 입니다. 예약이 가능하시면 무조건 예약을 하시고 경험 하실 것을 추천 드립니다. (차량을 이용하여 마테라 방문시, 호텔 지정 주차장에 주차를 하시면,-주차비 유료- 호텔까지 차량 서비스 제공되어 편안하게 이동하실 수 있습니다. 계단을 번거롭게 이용하실 필요 없으십니다.) 또한 광장으로 이동시 뒷문이 있어, 광장까지도 빠르게 이동 가능합니다.

객실이 깨끗하고 물이 잘 나왔고 인테리어도 멋집니다. 조식이 좋았습니다. 위치는 사씨 중심이라서 관광하기 좋았고 주차가 걱정되었으나 20유로를 내면 주차, 체크인 체크아웃 할 때 셔틀 서비스까지 제공해줍니다. 저희는 별관에서 지내서 본관과는 거리가 좀 떨어져 있었지만 가는 길이 전망이 좋고 아름다워서 걷기에 좋았습니다. 수영장도 관리가 잘 되어 있지만 수영장이 좀 비싸다는 생각이 들었어요. 그래도 동굴에서 수영하는 기분이 들어 좋았습니다.

사시 지역에서 숙박 원했고 선택했어요. 너무 깊숙한 곳도 아니어서 혼자 다니기도 좋았습니다. 스파를 이용하지 못해서 아쉬웠고 데스크 직원들이 알려주는 정보들도 알차고 친절하고 좋았습니다. 객실 내부의 시멘트 냄새?가 조금 아쉬웠어요.

Great hotel and the suite was excellent. However, the main issue for us was that the air conditioning couldn’t cool the entire suite, making it very hot at night and very difficult to sleep. Not worth the money.

Couldn’t get the room thermostat to adjust but not a big deal. A beautiful hotel in a stunning location with an incredible view. We will be back.

Lovely property in Matera, conveniently located. We had a large clean family room. We booked the spa and had the whole place to ourselves.

Very average property but centrally located for the historic city centre. Most off-putting was the very unfriendly reception staff (bordering on rude). Clean and spacious room but didn’t really get the cave dwelling feeling.

Fantastic hotel, we felt it was definitely one of the better hotels in terms of location, fabulous room and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room with a wonderful view from the patio. Delicious breakfast. Great spa services at the amazing Thermae!

Convenient location

Incredible and beautiful caves restored and renovated into an amazing and unique accomodation experience. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was so unpleasant and cranky it marred the overall experience. He treated us so unkindly - he was abrupt and unhelpful. The room was beautiful, the pools in the caves were a wonderful experience and the breakfast was nice as were the wait staff. Note that it is a difficult walk from the station/ bus stop with heavy suitcases you must carry up and down many stairs.

Gorgeous location, service and experience overall. Highly recommend.

Séjour très agréable, accueil, propreté, RAS

Un village hors du commun …un retour dans le temps !!! L’hôtel est certes comme on nous le décrit en plein centre historique … par contre nous avons le regret de je pas dormir dans le charmant établissement mais bien bien trop loin … 10 minutes de marches par de nombreux escaliers pour aller au petit déjeuner mais cela encore n’est pas le plus gênant … bien que nous ne profitons d’aucunes commodités de l’hôtel !!!! Nous nous retrouvons dans une petite impasse sans vue ni fenêtre juste la porte d’entrée ..!!! Donc très très sombre sans aération !!! C’est très humide comme dans une grotte !!!! Puisque en fait s’en est une une !!!! Je n’ai pas du tout choisi cette option ni été avertie de tous ces aléas !!!! Très très cher pour ce genre de situation !!!! Heureusement le lit très confortable aux beaux draps bien blancs. !!!!

The hotel itself is really lovely, room was excellent with a great view. However, check in was awful, with only the absolute basics communicated (room number and breakfast time). No information provided around the spa, location, recommendations etc. Also, it gets an instant 2 star deduction for advertising the spa heavily but charging €25 per person - this should be free to hotel guests. It was also noisy, with next door (I think perhaps the hotel making a new room as it was in between our annex and the hotel itself) starting drilling/cutting at 7am.

We absolutely loved our stay, it couldn’t have been better! The location is fantastic, and staying right in the heart of the historic center made everything even more special. The hotel is wonderful, full of charm and comfort. Truly an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is beautiful. If you have car you can be pick up at Durazno parking facility (surcharge)
