항상 그렇듯이 Richmonde Hotel에서의 숙박은 훌륭했습니다! 1. 아이가 있어서 일찍 체크인을 해주었습니다. 2. 경비원들이 정중했습니다. 3. 접수원들이 매우 따뜻하고 친절했습니다. 4. 뷔페 직원들은 5점 만점에 6점이었습니다! 우리 같은 부모들에게 정말 친절했습니다!!! 사려 깊고 배려심이 많았습니다. 5. 제 남편은 항상 이곳의 음식을 좋아했습니다. 그는 팬케이크와 베이컨을 좋아했습니다. 저는 소테 참치와 바삭한 베이컨을 좋아했습니다. 6. 방은 조금 작지만 카펫이 깔려 있어서(아이들에게 매우 친절했습니다). 그리고 어둡습니다. 조명이 조금 더 밝으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로, 꼭 다시 머물 것입니다. 이 호텔이 너무 좋습니다!

My visitor is so certain that he accidentally left his Wallet but the lost and foubd systems/process of Richmonde is so poor and weak. They just rely on the housekeeping saying "no wallet" that it. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan shopping mal dan restoran kamar hotel modelnya agak kuno, tapi terjaga kebersihannya. Menu breakfast lengkap dan enak.

The room looked exactly like the pictures for sure, just that the bath tub is kind of challenging to use cos the water spills out. Know that it is not a “soak tub”.. Unless you’re as short as a child. Smoking rooms are so limited and it’s the hardest part for a smoker like myself. With regards food delivery, it is not convenient anymore unlike before. The delivery guy are not allowed to bring the food up to your room so you still have to go down and pick up your delivery yourself. Overall it still is one of the oldies but goodie hotels around. 👌🏻

The room is not good ... the bathtub is dirty and the cup mug so dirty I’m so disappointed... I’m not happy to my room ....

Good location but no bidet. The sink doesnt drain the water well. Facilities are old. Our stay were ok.

Competitively priced 4 star hotel in Ortigas biz district. It is a bit dated but well maintained.

I requested for single bed but they gave me double bed. And they just combined the two beds.

A true 4 star hotel that gives you an awesome experience. from the room to amenities. we could have gotten the "with breakfast" option which I didn't noticed. but overall, it was awesome.
