객실 청소가 너무 늦은 오후에 이루어 지며... 청소 상태도 너무 지저분한 상태였다.

Demasiados problemas Problemas en general de mantenimiento no servía el elevador donde nos tocaba nuestro cuarto original. El cuarto que nos ofrecieron no servía el aire acondicionado correctamente y tampoco el agua caliente. No vinieron cuando hablamos para hacernos servicio a cuarto. El edificio 1 no tenía consierge teníamos que marcar a torre 2 y no servía el telefono del cuarto teníamos que marcar de nuestro telefono particular. La verdad deberian de dar el precio mas bajo para el servicio que dan.

I left the place clean and i haven’t had my deposit back, and i had trouble connecting to front desk, also couple of the kitchen doors was broken

If you have little ones do not hesitate to bring them, very family friendly. We were placed in phase 1 and a lot of families didn’t get a chance to check out phase 2 but 1 is most definitely family friendly. We all enjoyed ourselves my one and 6 year old loved it! We will definitely be making it our yearly trip at this resort

Check in time was too late if they make to 3:00 pm instead of 4 pm

The hotel is nice. The elevators are very slow and seem to only have one working at a time in each building so it takes forever to go in and out also they dont all have AC so they get super hot. Also another thing is that for room cleaning they never changed our bedding and also seemed like they dont broom or mop the rooms. The floors were always dirty with sand. The food is pricey. Also in the pool area you need some slrt of music or some sort of entertainment like other hotels have … it can get pretty boring.

Overall great resort to stay at. From what I could see it’s the best resort rocky point has to offer. The golfing was great try to go early this time of year due to the heat. The grass in the course is very dense expect to lose some balls if you're just an average player. Food overall at the resort was decent nothing extraordinary. Our favorite was Maria’s the quesadillas were a safe option. We went there twice and ordered medium rare steak and was well done-congratulations. If you’re expecting a lot of options for excursions like Cabo or Cancun i didn’t see any at least being offered around the resort. It would’ve been nice to know that you can take personal coolers on the beach no glass bottles of course. The bars can get pretty packed and understaffed it was a wait to get drinks at times. The beach view from the condo was awesome. The room having washer and dryer very convenient.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing below par was that food was bland except for the sports bar.

Something has to be done with the elevator: too slow and no A/C which makes the trip back to the room very painful
