시내에 근접해 편리합니다.

와이파이 비번을 알려주시는데 아마 안 될수 있으니 안될경우에 대비해서 추가적인 비번을 받아가세요. 냉장고 없는게 아쉽지만 나머지는 완전 좋았어요. 세면대 물은 잘 안나와서 잠깐 삔또가 나가지만 샤워기 물은 잘나와요. 나머지는 친절하고 다~~ 괜찮아요.

Un hotel bien situado y agradable para viajes de negocios. El personal es amable. Solo algunas amenidades de la habitación fallaban y el desayuno podría mejorar.

Do not stay at this hotel. Their rooms are not clean. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking, and it was very humid. Someone had spilled something red behind the door and it was not cleaned. The floor was very dusty. We reported this to the front desk. They sent the cleaning manager, who disputed our claim by saying the room smelled fine — it did not. After a while we received a phone call from the lobby asking us to go upstairs to wait in another room while both rooms (ours and the one upstairs) were being cleaned. It was senseless. We asked to wait in the lobby and to be moved to a different room. The receptionist resisted but finally agreed to move us to the upstairs room that was being cleaned. Guess what? The room was only partially cleaned: the bed and bathroom were cleaned, but the floor was dirty and very dusty, especially by the windows. By the way, they use some kind of odor spray in the rooms (the receptionist told me this over the phone). I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please stay somewhere else.

If I ever come back I would stay here again the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good also the area was in a good location a lot stores and restaurants, 10 min walk to the Angel de la independencia.

My suite was not ready when I arrived and was told it wouldn't be ready for another day, so I was placed in a standard room. I was given a bottle of water and a pack of nuts as an apology. Upon arrival to the standard room, the room didn't have a shower curtain or an iron. So, I wondering do I get some sort of partial credit or refund for not being able to get the room I paid for for an entire day?

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y es uno de mis favoritos, habitación muy confortable 10/10
