El teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba, encontré pelos en las sábanas, el aire acondicionado olía a humedad después de un rato de estar prendido.

Great! It was clean and cozy!

Provided only enough towels and sheets for two people, even though our reservation was for four. We had to ask for more. They didn’t even have sheets. We had to use blankets instead on the sofa bed.

Room looked cleaned but it is a NON SMOKER hotel and previous people smoked in the room so it smelled, they just sent someone to add some spray to kill the smell and turn on my ac... later on i had to call and complain again about the smell so i got another room.

The staff was very friendly however when we walked into our rooms, we reserved 2 rooms, both of them had a very bad smell
