진짜 아기자기 귀여운 분위기예요ㅠㅠ 베네치아라서 가격은 좀 부담됬지만 그래도 만족합니다! 호텔리어 분들도 다들 친절하시고 좋으세용

그랜드캐널이 바로 내려다 보이는 곳이고 바포레토 정류장도 바로 앞이라 매우 편리합니다. 4인가족이 주니어스위트에 묵었는데 처음에 캐널이 잘 안 보이는 사이드 방으로 배정해줘서 바꿔달라고 했더니 Extra bed를 추가해서 캐널뷰 방으로 바꿔줬습니다. 조식메뉴는 간단하지만 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 베니스에서 캐널뷰의 고풍스러운 호텔을 찾는다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

나가기 아쉬울 정도로 좋았어요.

The location was great. The only part of the hotel we saw was our room and the entry area. Our room was 2 stories with a loft bed up 2 flights and bathroom and sitting area downstairs. This made us climb downstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. This was not described when I chose that room and there were no other options available. The staff were not overly friendly either. The location was ideal though

Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made.

Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, a stocked fridge and toiletries. There was a beautiful terrace overlooking the Great Canal where they served great food. I highly recommend this hotel and will add it to my itinerary on my next visit.

Clean rooms, but air conditioner was not yet turned on, so the room got warm during the day. We made the mistake of having the windows open, and got bitten up by mosquitoes while sleeping

Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. They were geat arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff… Especially Mohammad… We’re very attentive to our needs. The location can’t be beat. Our room was great.!!! They even turned down the beds at night.💖

Next to waterbus stop. Very convenient, but there are a few steps to negotiate with your bags

Excellent location in a historic castle. Very convent with a Vaporetto stop only a few steps away from the entrance.

The location is ideal! A short walk to San Marco but far enough away to feel removed from the large crowds. A water bus stop next to the hotel is very convenient! The bar and restaurant manager, Matteo, makes a fantastic Negroni. Will certainly stay there again!

We were referred here by several friends. Great location immediately off the vaporetto. Imagine my surprise when we were brought our room which felt like we were being put in the attic. Big room with no windows, only a sky light. The carpet is threadbare, the furnishings ugly. It was so hot, no air movement. We were told the AC was off for the season, he would see about getting us a fan. Had to open the sky light for ventilation ( no fan delivered). I awoke to mosquito bites everywhere but mostly my face, arms and hands. A fan was finally provided but damage done, huge, itchy welts. The continental breakfast was disappointing after our wonderful breakfasts in Rome and Florence. Essentially, toast, fruit, yogurt. We met a couple from Germany that stay here annually for many years. They showed us their room which was beautiful and then they saw ours and gasped! Thankfully Venice is so amazing we were not in hotel much but it would have been nice to sleep in comfort.

Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Palazzo Stern! It was perfect in every way-the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Sabina for all of the great communication prior to our arrival and help during our stay! We will be back❤️

Location was spectacular.

Stern was absolutely charming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and well appointed. The downstairs bar was wonderful. You could get a drink and sit out on the veranda and watch the grand canal. Venice was super crowded the weekend we were here, but the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Love Venizia!!!

Palazzo Stern, a boutique hotel right on the Grand Canale in the Dorsodoro sestierè, was a wonderful spot in May.The outdoor terrace for breakfast and dinner is romantic and magical, a front row seat to Venetian day time water life and nighttime beauty. Our room was well appointed and immaculate. The hotel’s location is optimal, easy walking to all sights and far less crowded than main tourist areas.
