Great location, excellent service, beautiful sea view and good food. Had a wonderful time with my family. We enjoyed swimming pool and spa.

정말 여러나라 호텔등을 다녀봤지만 이런 하우스키퍼는 처음봤습니다 방 청소하러 오셔길래 한시간뒤에 와달라고 부탁했더니 1시간도 되기전에 오셔서 오히려 자기 바쁜사람이라면서 화를 내시더라고 이런경우는 처음봐서 여행으로 쉬러간 호텔에서 하우스키퍼의 불친절함때문에 엄청 불편했네요 다른분이 가신다면 별로 추천하고싶지 않은 호텔입니다

리조트 형 콘도로 주변 바닷가와 주변 경관이 좋았습니다 저녁 8시가ㅡ넘으니 현관문을 잠구네요. Spa 와 사우나시설이 있는데 일찍 문을 닫아 이용을 해보지못했네요

Was highly offended by the treatment shown in the restaurant when our family was stopped after dinner to go through our items for the 2nd time by the restaurant manager but no other patrons were stopped. My sons were so annoyed they paid on the spot and worse I had brought my daughter inlaw on first trip to the North of NZ to experience that. Advised the reception who werent interested. Our accommodation was all prepaid but clearly they did not like the way we looked. And this is a hotel in my own country. Would definitely not recommend people to stay here especially if Maori. In addition the room was not cleaned the next day, beds not made or tea topped up for the 2nd day stay. Pink bacteria scum in shower and on shower mat. This hotel needs to lift its game being in one of the most scenic spots in NZ.

Perfect location for a quiet weekend away, staff welcoming and knowledgeable, renovated rooms excellent and loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the harbour. EV charger easy to use and our car was back to full charge overnight.

Fantastic location next to Treaty grounds where you can explore the history of NZ. About a 30 minute walk into the centre of town where the ferries run to Russell Island or the boat trips for dolphin viewing.

Staff were super helpful, great stay

I recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel in Paihia. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel grounds were clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the poor quality of the room. The room itself was old and dated, with several lights not working and noticeable dust on shelves and surfaces. Being located so close to the service room made it quite noisy at times, which affected the ability to relax or sleep. Parking was limited, which added some frustration, though the in-room dining was a highlight. The food was flavoursome and enjoyable overall, but my burger came smothered in far too much unmelted cheese, which took away from what could’ve been a great meal. while the staff and grounds were good, the tired room condition and lack of attention to maintenance made it hard to justify the cost of the stay. Would only consider returning if the rooms were updated.

I booked this stay for the view, and it did not disappoint. I got some great photos and videos of the bay. What I didn’t like is that this is a convention oriented property in an isolated location. It’s apparently a wood structure because the floor creaked and groaned as I walked down the hall. The restaurant closed at 9 but didn’t accept dinner orders after 8:30. No sundries shop for snacks and nowhere in walking distance to buy any. Guests need to conform to the property’s schedule or be disappointed. What I disliked the most was that as I was getting ready in the morning, someone was flying a drone that came within maybe 10 feet of my balcony. I had no way to know whether they were spying on me. The front desk said they were making a marketing video or something. If they had taken guests into consideration, they would have waited until after the 10 am check out time to do it.

The resort was lovely, but rooms are not soundproof and neighbours talked loud in the middle of the night. Restaurant for dinner was empty and food was not good. Strange because their breakfast was good in the mornings.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Wasn't aware of the bond. Parents need to mindful of their little ones in the hot tub there was one family of so many little kids under 8 that were in there in thier own and jumping off the high rocks

Stunning view we were in a suite upgrade that we loved . Just needed a few pictures on the walls as a little bland but would definitely stay again great breakfast too

Staff were great, rooms were a bit noisy. Great they had guest laundry for a longer stay.
