전체 평가 및 리뷰 InterContinental Hotels SHENZHEN DAMEISHA RESORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

종업원 서비스가 훌룡하고, 대체적으로 청결함.

출장으로 갔던 호텔인데, 가족단위의 휴양으로 머무르기에 그렇저럭 괜찮습니다만, 가격이 조금 비싼듯 합니다. 어메니티가 좀 약하고 주변에 특별히 관광거리는 없습니다.

[가족과의 행복한 1박2일 주말여행 : DaMeiSha] 심천 화교성에서 차량으로 출발하여 로후를 지나 동부화교성에 이르기까지의 여정부터 즐거웠다. 마치 심천에서 상해를 거쳐 강원도의 터널을 통과하여 싱가폴에 도착한 느낌이랄까? 호텔에 도착하여 예약된 방에 들어선 순간 발코니 밖으로 보이는 바다와 해변의 경치에 가슴이 탁 트이는 느낌이 너무 좋았다. 사실 호텔 반대쪽은 해안가 작은 소도시와 다를 바 없었지만... 하지만, 산책을 나갔다가 발견한 Outlet에서는 또 다른 즐거움이 기다리고 있었으니^^ 다음에는 동부화교성의 놀이공원을 이용하자고 얘기하며 1박2일의 즐거움을 마무리 한다.

절대 시설대비 가격이 싼 호텔이 아님에도 불구하고 로비 직원의 기본적인 서비스 마인드가 분실된 상태였다,,진짜 5성급 리조트의 직원인가 싶을 정도였다,,물론 모든 직원이 그런것은 아니겠지만 체크인할때의 거지같은기분에,,방에서 나는 곰팡이 냄세는 정점을 찍었고,,체크인하던 직원을 찾아갔지만 방을 교체해달라는 말에 방이 없다,,2시간 기다려라,,,정말 끔찍했던 그 직원,,,최고다!!! 그러나 이것말고는 가족이 즐기기에 더없이 좋은 리조트다

수영장이 좋아서 가족들과 푹 쉬기에 좋은 호텔이예요. 식당이 별로 없는 것 빼고는 괜찮은 것 같아요. 만족합니다. 자주 갈 것 같아요.

Great hotel to spend on a short 3 days vacation

The hotel staff is friendly and polite. We like the environment very much because we feel comfortable and peaceful during our stay. Also the swimming pool is clean ans the beach is in front of the pool . It make wonderful! We will bring the family group to here again .😊

今次訂住upgraded room , 住在9樓。（上次住12樓） 今次酒店外邊有裝修，8時多已被吵醒….. 很困擾。不明白不安排去較高樓層或給予優惠作賠償。 星期四早上去早餐，有職員建議去另外一層用歺，因為樓下餐廳大堂用歺很多人。但星期五早上，竟然取消另外一層用歺！正堂那邊排隊超過20 人，當時係9:45am…… 我查問為何今天不開另一層，職員竟然答今天星期五比昨天少人，所以不開放額外樓層。唔係呀？星期五，六入住率一向係高峰，這是常識吧！估唔到所謂五星洒店要排隊吃早餐，不作即時反應！ 房間整理非常好，員工友善。海灘、泳池也整潔不錯。

整體方便舒適，員工禮貌環境優秀，有私人獨立泳池沙灘，交通方便地鐵步行5分鐘可到達，是一間度假優勝之酒店。

地方寬敞，環境舒適。但房租略嫌貴了一點。

Had a wonderful stay at the Club Intercontinental! A great breakfast surely brighten up our day! Special thanks to Neo Wang for his wonderful service. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant at the Club building.

The hotel is well maintained. It is clean, spacious and very comfy. Hotel staff is very nice, well trained and smart. Kudos to those at the concierge and the restaurants coping with large breakfast crowd and those definitely not friendly and bad mannered guests grabbing breakfast at the buffet table, dropping stuff on the tables and floors, shouting when they were told to queue for a table at peak hours when their peers were busy emptying trays of food and loading them onto their own plates, reluctant to leave. Big applause to the hotel staff. Not that I will return to this hotel, but I like the brand. Will visit their others.

The staff went above and beyond. One of the best stays Ive had.

Only one thing is unacceptable about my booking and actual check-in: In my booking, it's showing include breakfast for 2. But when I check-in, hotel lobby staff told me the booking from Expedia does not include breakfast. They asked me to contact Expedia. I only found a virtual agent. But my question still pending
