A bit dated.

Great location

Location of Harrigan's in relation to wineries, shopping and restaurants (food). The room size was very adequate and the aspect onto the grounds was very appealing.

The room was at the back with the view on vineyard, big spacious room, with a good food option at the local restaurant.

Room was awesome and everything we needed and central to food and Hunter valley gardens

Not such a great experience, arrived on site to be told check in, is up the road at Mercure. The room was run day and really needs some maintenance, paint and the furniture is extremely old and outdated. The shower head leaks like anything and hits the ceiling two showers for the price of one. The pub food is absolutely amazing and drinks are great

Disappointed in my stay. We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bdr room. There was ants in both bedrooms near the bed head. Had to spray insect spray and clean area. Found 3 cockroaches. Toaster didn’t work and requested replacement. Bin was full from previous people and smelt like smoke, think previous people were smokers. The room it’s self was old and dated, requires some renovation. Outside backyard view an access to vineyard was the highlight of the stay.

We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor

Room was comfortable and clean. Easy parking and very convenient location to the gardens

Was very clean and quite it was very nice for a quick rest.

Towels were dirty, and room was out dated

Rooms are spotless only problem was the shower was terrible.
