I will never stay at this hotel. All the EUROs in my baggage in the room were stolen while I was out of the hotel.

The pool was a fair size with a small baby pool. This was constantly cleaned by staff. Unfortunately, the water was cold at this time of the year. The rooms were big, with big beds and cleaned regularly. Breakfast choices were good with fresh omelette station. Pastries and biscuits were delicious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the spa facilities. Hammam, massages, etc. Therapists were very friendly. We had a great time celebrating my big birthday with friends. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and return in future. Btw, the beach is a short walk 5-10 minutes. Make sure you take water and snack as nothing available on the beach.

Et meget bra hotel med en god restaurant, bra basseng og uteområde, god frokost men wifi på rommet var dårlig + dusj som man måtte vente lenge på varmt vann. Anbefaler uansett dette hotellet.

We visited in December so we didn't really have the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Our seaview balcony allowed us to enjoy sunsets. However, the balcony also faces a neighboring rooftop bar. 5 out of the 10 nights we were there, music was blasting til 1 am or later.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de cet hôtel boutique, proche de la promenade le long de la mer, l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la tranquillité et le confort de la suite, de même que la table. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel chaleureux où le service est impeccable et efficace. Seule note négative: le divan-lit n’était pas des plus confortables.

From the moment we were greeted upon arrival by Mohammed on reception we knew we had come to the right place. Hotel Timoulay really set the atmosphere for our stay in Agadir. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and pay very close attention to detail, always one step ahead of what the customer needs and willing to assist and make your stay more comfortable, but never pushy. Mohammed was fantastic and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We also loved the security guard Khalid who was always cheerful, courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless and our room thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is wonderful and very relaxing, breakfast is varied and included European and Moroccan specialities. The spa downstairs was also great: we treated ourselves to hammam and massage and trained in the small gym on a couple of days. As we were on the top floor, the WIFI wasn't available but 5G reception is excellent. The rooftop bar next door does go on until late so do bring earplugs if you want an early night. The hotel is a 10min walk from the beach where there are lots of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores if you need to buy snacks of water. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back !

Returning guest for the fourth time. Standard as good as ever. From checkin to room to food to pool, all staff friendly and efficient. Spa we used three times and excellent treatments every time. Highly recommend this hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien pensée

Clean and well designed property that was not too crowded. Small issues like water and tea/coffee not being refilled every day so not a premium service. Breakfast buffet is limited but good enough for European tastes. Pool is clean and well-maintained.

Vue sur la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le lit king size et la grandeur de la chambre, ainsi que les nombreux rangements pour les vêtements. Par contre il n’y avait pas assez d’espace de rangement dans la salle d’eau. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées et le lit n’était pas très stable. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin : un bagagiste a pris en charge nos bagages mais le réceptionniste ne nous a même pas proposé un verre d’eau !

Hotel propre et très agréable. Seul bémol est la discothèque de l’hôtel d’à côté.

The hotel was kept immaculately clean. The staff were consistently friendly, polite and helpful. The bar prices were reasonable. There was a quiet and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a wide, sandy beach. We would definitely come back here if we ever decide to visit Agadir again.

Chambre propre, restaurant très bon et varié, petit déjeuner au top. Le personnel est de très grande qualité ainsi que le SPA qui est très professionnel,massages top niveau. Établissement calme, parfait pour se relaxer, la piscine est vraiment agréable ainsi que l'équipement autour pour s'allonger. Un excellent Hôtel à recommander😉👍
