A equipe do hotel é muito gentil. As piscinas são lindas e o spa muito bom. O restaurante do rooftop tem uma comida deliciosa. Nossa estadia foi muito boa e queremos voltar!!

Bel endroit très bien situé

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to all the top attractions. Although very central the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop bar is beautiful.

Excellent priperty, I’ll be back. My only gripe was the 20% off the spa didn’t include couples packages, this was never made clear until I checked out. I may have spent more if I’d known on other services, it’s an annoying oversight but not worth reducing my review which is still five stars across the board.

My family loved our stay here. A quiet oasis in the bustle of the Medina. The staff what makes this hotel. They were helpful, thoughtful and attentive. We made the most of the hotels facilities. The spa and 2 restaurants for dinner We would stay here again.

This was a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech but once within its walls it was so peaceful and quiet it was hard to believe you were in a bustling city. Food was excellent and the Suite we stayed in was just stunning. When we return to Marrakech (which we will as we loved it), we will definitely stay here again

This hotel is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The guest room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see rose petals strewn about the bed and all around the bathroom. We were disappointed that the hotel charges way too much for breakfast - 250 MAD (USD 25) for a continental and 290 MAD (USD 29) for American, so we opted to go someplace else to have breakfast. Otherwise, this place is conveniently located and transportation is easily accessible.

Our room and the entire hotel was immaculately clean including the pool and pool area. Large fluffy towels. Very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our dinner in the Moroccan restaurant.

Cet hotel a pris un gros coup de vieux. Les parties communes sont sales (tapis dans les couleurs plein de poussières), la chambre sentait le renfermé. Honnêtement, je trouve que le prix n’est pas justifié. Le seul avantage: l’emplacement.

Swimming pool, restaurants, cleaning, food, walking distance to Koutubia and Jemaa El-Fna and shops.

Als Selbstfahrer mit dem Mietauto ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel nicht ganz einfach zu finden und man sollte nicht blind dem Navigationsgerät folgen. Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Eingang zur Djemaa El-Fnaa und zur Medina, alles in Gehdistanz. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön mit einem schönen Innenhof. Tolle Rooftopbar und gutes Restaurant. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und gute Optionen für das Nachtessen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber mit Blick auf den Innenhof, dafür ruhig. Insgesamt freundliches Personal, welches einen guten Service bietet.
