호텔은 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있는 편이요. 하지맛 체크인때 67유로 정도의 식음료 크레딧이 있다는 설명을 안해줘서 체크아웃할 때까지 못쓰고 나왔네요. 확인안한 제 잘못도 있지만 호텔에서 설명해줬어야 하지 않나요? Vip access 혜택도 받지 못했어요.

주요 관광지를 갈때 걸어서 다니기 어려운 거리지만 전체적으로 만족함 다만 조식이 어른2 어린이1 인데 95유로 너무 비싸다고 생각됨 다른 호텔에 비해서...

Classic 한 외관과 공원,역에서 2분 거리이나, 중앙역의 부산함에서 벗어나 여유로움을 즐길 수 있었던 호텔임. 비지니스 차 가족과 동반하였을 때, 아기들이나, 젊은 여성들이 뮌헨의 classic 한 분위기에 흠뻑 빠질 수 있는 장소여서 숙박을 추가하였음. 같은 기간 역주변의 타 5성급 체인 호텔에도 머물렀으나, The charles hotel 의 만족도가 가장 높음. 체인호텔이 아니라 외국인이 선뜻 선택하지 않을 수 있으나, 뮌헨에서 매우 훌륭한 호텔인듯. 강력 추천함.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Chaotische Angaben im Restaurant, leider komplett überfüllter SPA Bereich, unfreundliche Mitarbeitende insbes. an der Reception. Insgesamt eine grosse Enttäuschung.

We had a lovely stay at the Charles hotel and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on our arrival - a very rare event these days! The breakfast was amazing, with kind, thoughtful and very attentive staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Munich was amazing with incredible Christmas markets - so much to do and see.

Our stay at the Charles Hotel in Munich was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Florio restaurant—really enjoyed the pretzels on offer in the buffet spread! Each member of the staff we encountered made sure that we were well taken care of as well, and they were all super friendly. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Munich!

Staff, beautiful room, pool, great location. On the Saturday we requested the room to be cleaned when leaving around 1pm. Arrived almost 4 hours later and room had not been cleaned, had to request it again with tighter deadline as we needed to shower and go out for the evening. No water bottles were left in the room on the Saturday either, these had ti be requested.

This is a beautiful hotel next to a park. Very quiet, yet central to trains and trams, as well as walkable. Highly recommend

Room was fantastic, staff were very helpful and polite. Restaurant had delicious food, the salad and pasta were very good.

Vackert hotell med trevlig personal. Bra frukost och trevligt spa med stor pool. Bra att känna till att det inte finns särskilt många platser att jobba från om du behöver ta ett samtal eller möte utanför hotellrummet. Utöver ditt rum har du tillgång till det gemensamma och välbesökta området med soffor och fotöljer vid entrén.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. Room was spacious with a lovely view, large bathroom and a great on site spa / pool. Excellent breakfast as well! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great clean room.. beautiful view of the park.. staff was courteous & friendly & went above & beyond.. chocolates on the room @ night, etc.. loved having drinks @ the bar multiple nights & ate several times @ the Italian restaurant.. front check in staff very helpful.. we would def stay there again!

Superb breakfast. Great room. Easy walking access to the station, downtown and the museums. Nice quiet bar to relax before the evening. Genuinely helpful staff. All good.
