폭폽ㅍ가 보이지 않고 메인 폭보뷰에서 10분저ㅇ도 걷는거리에 있지만 다니기 어렵지 않습니다. 침구가 편하고 조식서비스가 단촐하지만 정해진 시간에 가져다줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 리셉션도 아주 친절하셨구요

Maybe because I had too much expectation for this hotel, I wasn't as satisfied as other reviews. Good thing - Free breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed. The inconvenience - the location was not good. It was very inconvenient because the shower room was made of glass doors. I can see it clearly, but how do I take a shower when there's someone else? There are few facilities available in the hotel. a very small hotel. I don't recommend using the spa if you're not going to use it. And I got a voucher because I was an Expedia VIP, but it was useless. The voucher was just to show off.

Everything was good , the staff was great and very helpful.

Rooms were clean and well designed. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning. The hotel was within walking distance of all amenities. .

Hello really like the experience with Sterling it was close to everything. The room was nice. It was 105 had a Jacuzzi tub and a neat shower but really could use lower chairs to sit in. Better directions on how to work the TV. Did not like having to pay $18 in the parking lot to park there when I was paying $200 for the room for one night. The king size bed was comfortable, but better furnishing for sitting down would be helpful, especially too older people or handicapped.

I originally choose this hotel due to the sofa bed, as I was traveling with a 5 person family. The staff were amazing and quick to help with any request. My teenage daughter loved the diversity of the hygiene products offered. There were bath salts for the hot tub, shower gel, make up remover pads, and there were shower caps. The room does not look like a cookie cutter hotel room. It felt like a studio apartment in a city. We loved the feel of the room and hotel. It is classy enough to impress a middle income family but also affordable for the ameneties. There is a cappacuino machine in the lobby that we also really loved. Parking is $18/a night at Sterling Inn and Spa, but we could see our vehicle through our hotel room window. I was told online that there was cheaper overnight parking close by but we were only able to find parking that was available to midnight only. We did not eat at the restaurant (picky little kids) or book anything at the spa.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite. The staff were so friendly, property was like staying in your own condo. Breakfast delivered to the door in the morning was so much nicer than going down to a group buffet. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

So surprised!! A hotel near Clifton Hill, but a world away. Blown away by the room (sizes, amenities, decor, quiet, serene atmosphere). The staff is gracious and helpful. Certainly, an adult hotel for vacation, romance, etc. Ha! The free breakfast delivered to your door with a smile? Fantastic. I'm really not making this up. We will stay here again and again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely friendly. We interacted with Liliana and Ryan who were two of the best we have experienced in years of traveling around the world. The room was impeccable and very large and comfortable. There were all the amenities we could need. Excellent boutique hotel.
